I
haven’t really seen any of the episodes, except for a trailer they have in iTunes… did anyone else actually
watched it?

I made a topic like this in the ‘Other Disney’ section, hehe.
I loooooove this show. It’s one of my
favourite cartoons… it’s so darn funny! They reaaaally need to put it out on DVD. ![]()
Yeah, this topic has already been posted, but I’ll say the same thing as I did before-
considering the fact that this is a TV series spawning from a very good film, and that this series goes in a
completely different direction to Toy Story, it’s actually very good. The storylines make sense, the dialogue
can be very funny, and it’s easy to relate to the characters, despite only a few of them being featured in the
original film. XR, in my opinion, is a real highlight of BLoSC- he’s about as funny and sweet as you can
get.
I haven’t seen it. Maybe a couple minutes or two, but no
I haven’t. I wasn’t sure if I should.
Seen something years ago, forgot it really. ![]()
I actually
took to watching a few episodes last week (cuz it’s now on after Timon & Pumbaa which I already was
watching) and I gotta say it’s not bad. It took me a little bit to get used to Patrick Warburton doing Buzz’s
voice (i’m so used to him being Joe Swanson from Family Guy!) but it’s pretty good.I do find that XR robot to
be the most amusing on that show.
I have seen a few episodes…
Doesnt feel as tight as
a pixar film. But I guess that’s why it’s a tv show.
By the way, there is
actually a DVD.
(Dangit! One more thing I have to buy!
)
yea, the dvd they have is the star command movie, which then begins the series…its
pretty good! The movie has Tim Allen doing the voice while the show has Patrick (who plays Kronk is Emperors New
Groove).
I’ve seen quite a bit of it. The 2D animation was good. Plus, we got to see Patrick Warburton for the first
time. He’s gone on to be a prolfic voice actor. Good show.
Just curious. Do they use a song that goes like “To Infinity and Beyond” in the
movie?
yes, the song is so hilarious, because it is sung by none other than William
Shatner!!! ![]()
I used to love that show! I had like the toys from it
and everything, I watched it every day after school. Quality TV. ![]()
Wasn’t there some sort of cool
beginnig to every episode? I don’t think it was 2d. It was Computer Animated with all the regular TS
charactars.
Yep- as far as
I can remember, it had all the toys watching Buzz doing that whole ‘flying’ trick of his in Andy’s room, and
they all crowd round the TV to watch BLoSC.
I’ve
only seen the show while flipping channels…i’ve never given it a chance…Is it still on? Disney Channel?
Not here, it isn’t- they stopped showing it at least
five years ago now, and only show the main introduction ‘movie’ so to speak, every now and then.
they still have the show on toon disney, u can still
catch it there!
The reason why I asked is because durring the Disney on Ice show, that
song played when Dash was in Space Mountain with Buzz.
Well, hope it’s not to late to comment
but…
YES!!! I loved this show. Have seen every episode multiple times, own
the videogame, have a couple of the toys from McDonalds flying around somewhere, seen the show at Disneyland too
many times.
I would definitely buy it if it was on DVD, but knowing Disney’s history of t.v. shows on
DVD… well, maybe they’ll release it as part of an Ultimate Toy Box when Toy Story 3 comes out.
Capt. Jack Sparrow- Welcome to the boards! ![]()
I
think you can get the extra long first episode on DVD, but that’s it unfortunately.
