The concept of Meet the Robinsons is awesome; the execution not so much.
And of course, everyone ignores my long list. I know reading long things on the computer is ridiculous…still, people could at least look at my top ten.
idk why, but i just can’t get myself to enjoy meet the robinsons very much. i think it’s cute and if it’s on i’ll watch it for a while, but i’ve never really loved it. it still makes me cry though, lol.
anyway, i’m trying to make my list rn. i will say my absolute favorite is the little mermaid. doesn’t seem to be too much love for that one around here.
okay, i’ll just list my top ten and post my full list later even though it’s missing some.
peter pan
tangled
alice in wonderland
101 dalmations
tarzan
the lion king
beauty & the beast
aladdin
the hunchback of notre dame
the little mermaid
ahfdjkal; i totally thought dumbo was going to be in my top 10. hmm.
I remember really loving it! I probably shouldn’t have included it on my list since I haven’t seen it since it was in theaters; that was just a memory thing. I really wanna see it again soon Same goes for Lilo and Stitch (which I didn’t bother including because it’s been 8 years since I last saw that one
UPDATE!
17. Home On The Range (to me at the moment it stands as an okay movie)
16. Chicken Little (yeeeaaaah, it’s pretty un Disney-esque, but it had it’s good moments in my current opinion. MAYBE it could equaly be a guilty pleasure. It’s not like Disney hadn’t done a Pop Culture-Dreamworks movie before (Aladin, like the nostalgia chick said). Aladin was crafted much better though, with Chicken Little having weak points on story and maybe characters, maybe focusing on imagry more. Plus this was Disney saying they didn’t need Pixar while copying their competitiors, and it was like a weak attempt. But still, I remember some funny moments from it, like Emperor’s New Groove. For an entry in the canon, it doesn’t fit in too much, but for what it is, it’s like an okay Dreamworks movie. Maybe I’ll rewatch it. Hey, I’m not a Disney hardcore, though I do want to watch a lot of the films.)
15. Robin Hood
14. Oliver & Company
13. Melody Time
12. Bolt
11. Meet the Robinsons
10. The Princess and the Frog
9. Cinderella
8. Bambi
7. The Little Mermaid
6. The Aristocats
5. The Great Mouse Detective
4. Pinocchio
3. Fantasia
2. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (it was the first feature-length animated movie in the speaking world, so I put it high up)
Alice in Wonderland
EDIT: I might update this soon.
UPDATE!
21. Oliver & Company (I’m surprised that reviews for Oliver were actually mixed to negative. I mean the worst I’ve read a Disney movie’s been reviewed was mixed, as Wikipedia goes)

19. Robin Hood
18. Chicken Little
17. 101 Dalmatians
16. Bolt
15. Melody Time
14. Fantasia 2000
13. Meet the Robinsons
12. The Princess and the Frog
11. The Little Mermaid
10. Cinderella
9. Beauty and the Beast
8. Bambi
7. The Aristocats
6. The Great Mouse Detective
5. Pinocchio
4. Fantasia (This movie lives up to classic, and its Chernabog sequence was really well made)
3. Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs (it was the first feature-length animated movie in the english speaking world, so I put it high up. It’s classic)
2. Alice in Wonderland (I really like this movie)
Lilo & Stitch (I LOVE this movie)
My brother thinks you Bambi haters are crap.
I don’t hate Bambi, and I doubt EJE does either. I just can’t enjoy it. Heck, I can’t watch it. But there are very few movies I hate, and only one is Disney. And it’s not a classic. (Chicken Little)
How do you like it if you haven’t seen the end? I’ve seen the entire movie, quite some many times. And I still don’t like it. I just find it a -little- rude to say
I think it’s very rude and not necessary myself. Whether we’re “cr@p” or not, that’s not nice, and I don’t hate Bambi.
Maybe that opinion is a little harsh to say Bambi haters are crap, but you shouldn’t let every opinion against yours bother you IV. You really sohuldn’t.
He’s calling us crap. Not our opinions, US. That is offensive. Please, would you not say I’m being defensive? That is not okay right there. You can attack someone’s opinion, but not the person.
