The Star
Swordsman - Haha – that’s funny. So when a car “blows” one, it comes out the
exhaust/gas pipe? ![]()
I don’t really know what you are talking
about.
But I am going to go scientific here. Our bodies have some liquid components in us. So, in example
to cars, the oil, gas, water, and other stuff must represent the fluids in us.
Ohhh…I see! Haha – I thought you
were referring to…something else. Let me put it this way: Cars blowing gas = farting. That’s what I thought
you meant. ![]()
And
that is a possibility too. The Tractors in the movie made some gaseous noises. So if one has to rip one out, it
should come through the exhaust pipe, like you said.
this is exactly what i
don’t know…
let’s imagine a car body is something like a system of its own. we have two entries to the
system: 1. the mouth, 2. the gas piping. for all substances which enter the system through one of these entries,
there must be a way it is processed. we only know about gas - it straightly goes to the engine, where it is
oxidated, and then the oxidation products leave the system through the exhaust. but what is happening with those
substances that come in over the mouth entry? well, cars need toilets, that is what we’ve learned from the
movie… but we don’t know about any deterioration processes for oil or water or other substances. so we seem to
have two different systems - and we also don’t knowwhether there are connections between then (well, from a
mechanical point of view, there shouldn’t be any). these are the facts…
since cars also fart a lot in
the movie (mater), there definitely must be some way
i, too, go for the exhaust ![]()
I have been thinking about that toilet thing lately,
and I think that what the cars may be doing in there is somehow emptying out the used oil, water and other fluids
but the gas.
As we get older we tend to put our grown folks menallity on which is kool.
But think on these
things this movie was geared towards kids and as adults we create thesee things for our kids in turn we as adults
stills have a child-like mentallity. I like it to be honest. At least I know that I still can be a kid in its
right perspective.
stickers - Haha
– exactly. It’s the same type of digestive-excretory process that takes place inside of our bodies that applies
to cars as well, I imagine. Kind of complicated, but there you have it. ![]()
The
Loner - I’ve also wondered the same thing: How the heck do they go to the bathroom? It’s got to
be something with the pipes, that’s for sure… (snigger)
Lytt3onDubz -
That is exactly what I love about Pixar and the people who run it: They include adult-related humor along with
kid-friendly jokes, giving a wide range of experiences/laughs for everyone in the cinema. The people themselves
are like big kids really, which is what makes their films so endearing in the end. ![]()
Here is another thing to ponder. What kind of games do cars play besides racing?
TSS - One thing I would expect the “younger” cars (if there is such a
thing) to do would be make a ton of noise. You know, like screanimg competitions, but with their engines in
neutral.
For example, we use card games,
board games, other sports besides racing. I find this intresting because cars have wheels and a big body, so it
limits their activities.
car kids play football, or “streetball”, as they call it. or they play
“racing” or “rallye”. or hide and seek. or “cowboy and indian”. adult cars like to
watch sport events (mainly racing) on tv. the females like cruising (at least i think so). i bet there’s still
more…
and i guess that cars, just like hobbits, don’t like rivers…
(i was amazed to learn that
in amsterdam, a special police department is devoted solely to the rescuing of cars out of the
“grachts”, i.e. the channels that criss-cross their way throughout the city)
I think the kid cars have toy cars, you know like
Buzz and Woody - "You are a toy car!!! ![]()
I think they have more than just cars , because in
Toy Story Woody and Buzz were action figures ( well , woody was a doll , but u know what i mean ) . I think they
were only portrayed as cars because of that . and because it was funny . ![]()
yeah, you’re right. it’s probably the equivalent to
dolls for human kids ![]()
(in my sequel to “the nature of fear”,
sarah mcqueen, daughter of L & S, therefore sleeps cuddled up to her plush
truck)
I think I’ll have my say.
The way cars do… erm…
“it”, together… you know, with a male and a female… (Please on’t ban me for this, I just had to
get it out of my system, heh…) I reckon they do it in the way cats and rabbits do. That is, if baby cars
aren’t created via a manufacturer.

Pixel
Candy - Let’s not go in to this. Please? ![]()
Okay. Sorry.

Yes, that’s what I thought
. I’m sure the kid cars have
other toys also, though, I’m just not sure what it is.
