It all depends on the plot of the film, but I never imagined him as a talking bear either. I hope he’s somewhat realistic.
Poster is great, love the art style. Now, I’m not going to be able to go to Cars 2 for at least another week, so does any one know when (or if) the trailer will be online?

That poster looks spectacular. I still don’t know much about this film, but the poster art alone makes me a bit intrigued. Somehow it looks more like a Disney sort of thing like Tangled than something I would have imagined Pixar doing, but I still openly accept it as being a Pixar product. It just looks like it’s going to have a different feel to it compared to their previous ideas.
Also thanks for pointing out the bear. I would have never found him otherwise.
That is the most beautiful movie poster I have ever seen. I had the same reaction when I saw it that I had when I saw my favorite painting The Swing by Fragonard the first time. I gasped out loud. I would love to have that hanging on my wall in my room.

I was reading the plot for Brave and it seems pretty confusing to me. Could someone please explain it a bit better to me? I would like to see more concept art of the other characters and not just Merida herself. I know a year or so ago they did that but that was just the early stages of production.

I don’t think the plot is confusing, but we still don’t know enough about it to know what it’s about. It’s apparently about a princess who runs away from home to become an archer a wakes a curse, or something like that. He know there’s a bear involved, three Scottish Lords and some megaliths.
And, apparently, very soon we’ll see the designs of the other characters as well.
I’ve been visiting this site for a while, and I felt the need to post this before it actually gets taken down again. (Don’t worry, I don’t work for Disney or Pixar or anything like that. Trust me! I got excited when i saw this.)
I cannot wait for Brave myself, and I’m searching like crazy for any images of anything about this movie. Finally, this site actually has some character concepts I’d like to share. i realize they may not be official, but they look cool anyway. 
The only chance we may get to see Merida’s face, along with some others!

Still not a fan of Merida’s face, but I don’t care. And Queen Elinor actually looks like Emma Thompson!
I may be alone on this, but I love Merida’s image! She looks like a rough and tumble kind of unconvential princess, which is awesome, rather than just the cutesy looking princesses dressed in pink. She reminds me a bit of Astrid from HTTYD, if I’m honest.
