And I love how Merida’s hair looks like it’s painted 
From the look of the picture, it appears that Merida must of been annoyed by her brothers.
Anyway, the picture looks great! I can’t wait to see the next trailer later.
I think she’s bored of royal-y stuff, as the triplets seem to be minded their own business in that picture.

And I love the triplets’ hair… reminds me of Linguini’s, all red and puffy.
I just noticed how small Merida is.
Is she that young? Or she didn’t take after her very tall parents?
That still is awesome!! And yes, she does look very tiny.

It seems to me that it probably just looks that way due to a couple of things:
-
compared to her mother, look at her distance further into the picture - things farther from the viewer look smaller (which gives the illusion of depth)
-
the chairs may have different heights, e.g., highest for the king, followed by the queen, followed by her’s
-
she is slouching
I suspect due to all of this, she is maybe 2 inches shorter than her mother - and around 16 years old.
I wish they would release the new trailer already. I so want to see it, Lol
I took in account the perspective fact, but now I’m considering what you say about the seat size, and I still think they look about the same height to me. I think Fergus’ seat is bigger, but Merida’s and her mother’s seem too similar to make a real difference. And yes, she’s slouching, but I make her straight in my mind and there’s really no much difference.

The details on the textures are amazing, and there you can see that both Merida’s and Elinor’s seats aren’t much different in size.
