I doubt it. I think it was for a more neater appearance for the event they are at.
Why is she the only one?
I don’t know, I’m just guessing. For all I know she was having a bad hair day.
On a side note, I’m glad that the brave website has the trailer music on. It sounds awesome! 
Because her hair is so unkempt. The triplets don’t have to cause they’re boys.
That kind of veil -I’m not sure of the right name on English- were quite popular in the Middle Ages. She wears it because she’s a maiden.
In fact, another famous Disney character wears one of those, Maid Marian from Robin Hood (if the effect is a little distorted by her long ears)
So is Brenda still with Pixar? From all the interviews I’ve read about the one talking about the film is Mark.
I don’t know. She isn’t working on the film anymore though after she got replaced for the director’s spot.
I was really looking forward to seeing it !

The only thing I’m probably concerned for Brave is how Brenda Chapman was replaced with Mark Andrews. I just hope it isn’t like a clash between their versions of the movie.

It doesn’t bother me that she is so tiny. I’m very short, so it’s good to me. Rapunzel is also very short. At least, compared to the other Tangled characters.
I think she just looks small becaus the dad’s seat is huge.

But she’s not only tiny when compared to her father, but her mother too.
At least she’s bigger then the brothers.
Maybe the smallness is something to make her subconsciously seem like more of an underdog.
I think anyone compare to her father would be considered tiny, Lol
For real. He’s like Stoick(HtTYD), Mr. Incredible and Shrek all balled up into one!
Wonder whos bigger. Him or Sully.
Now that you mention HTTYD, I wish the character design on that movie had been as appealing as these are.
That’s the only think about that film that disappointed me.
