I see what you mean, they are odd humans. But I still like the designs, particularly Hiccup, Astrid and Stoick.
Hiccup and Astrid are fine, its just the rest of the gang that could have been better. I didn’t really like the twins designs though. They look like they could join a rock band or something.
I do with Ruffnut was prettier honestly.
I think Astrid would have look better with her hair down.
Actually, it was Astrid the one I disliked the most. The twins were also odd, I agree. Specially the female one.

Very true. Its just on other forums I’ve been on, the moment it goes off topic they delete the posts.
Kinda bummed that the trailer release was pushed tomorrow, but oh well. I can live. 
And I personally like Astrid’s design, but I did find Ruffnut prettier. Something about Astrid’s cheekbones seem odd to me.
I liked Astrid’s designs. i think they were trying to blend modern and Viking together is the designs though and it didn’t work that well.

Amazing trailer! The animation looks spectacular! Very excited for this now. My only gripe was the amount of comedy in the trailer. Was it really needed? The beginning of the trailer was so dark and serious and just seemed odd for all the comedic clips to be added - especially the one with Lord Dingwall pulling up his kilt!
Totally psyched for this! It really feels different to anything Pixar has done before!
