Central Cars 2 Discussion (Part 2)

Exactly. People use them both with very different purposes.

Meet the Movie Theatre of the Future- The Daily Beast

Movie’s do cost a lot, but it’s classic, people have been going to movie’s for more then a century now.

Notice that the article dates from 2009.

That’s a development that won’t be widely successful.

I think it’s really stupid actually. I love going to the movies. Technology can get too advanced. It’s the same thing that happens with newspapers and books. :unamused:

Interesting read!

I agree. I also think technology got too advanced with music.

With technology becoming too advanced, who knows what we can expect in years to come.

We should proberly get back on topic.

Exactly. So, what did you guys like or disliked about Cars 2?

Something I was wondering… at the beginning of the movie, when Lightning comes home, why are Luigi, Guido, Fillmore and Sarge saying ‘Welcome back’? They were part of his pit crew, so shouldn’t they have been getting back with him? Or did they leave early? What do you all think?

^I’ve wondered the same thing. It’s really weird.

Yeah, that’s a good point Snipe.

Maybe this is just one of the rare times Pixar made a mistake in story and there really isn’t a reasonable explanation for it.

Most Likely ^^.

Or…

I got the impression that maybe they’re not their stable pit crew, but that they stepped up so that he could go to the Grand Prix, cause the regular crew was on vacation.

That’s a possibility SOA.

Actually, that’s a very good explanation, Spirit. Another thing I had been wondering was how Luigi and Guido still ran their business if they were always at the races with Lightning. Well, if Lightning had another more professional crew for his Piston Cup races like you suggested, that might explain both questions. :sunglasses:

I think you guys make some good points with your explinations.

Oh, by the way why did you change to Team Holley Ballboi?

That’s one of the strongest points I considered in my theory.
