I love seeing how Sully and Mike look in their younger days, but I’m more curious to see how Randall looks!

Heavy redesigns were what I was fearing from a prequel. I haven’t made my mind about this one, really.
Mike and Sulley look horrible in his younger days, i hope it´s a beta model or something because it really looks dissapointing… 
It’ll be interesting if they had a backstory for Randall showing how he became Mike and Sulley’s rival like he was in the first film.
Yes it would be interesting if they do something like that.
Something about young Sulley feels off to me for some reason. He seems strangely toy-like to me, maybe it’s just from being used to regular Sulley for so long. There’s still time to adjust the design though. Mike looks good.
Sulley is weird for me too, but I’ll get over it in time for the movie. 
One thing I really hope that doesn’t happen in the prequel with Randall is that he and Sulley were friends, but then Randall does something offensive, Sulley ends the relationship, and Sulley and Mike become buddies.
That, I feel, would be cliche. I am however, optimistic Pixar is unlikely to take this move.
Wonder if Mr. Waternoose will be in it.
Unlikely, as the actor is dead.
Probably not unless they find a replacement actor like they did for the Slinky Dog.

When I first saw their redesigns, I thought they looked more High School aged than College.
Yes. They do look a little more like they are High School aged.
I guess there trying to not make them look the exact same. Their about 10 to 20 years older or so in MI.
well it’s their first year of college, i think. and their both 18 years old. they could probably show waternoose in an advertisement on tv of monsters inc. he doesn’t have to talk.
