Apples to Apples
My mom asked me if I wanted A World Records book so I said yes, it was either 2010 or 2011.
That is a boss game! I hope you get your DVDs, I love South Park. But the first season is my least fav lols.
Random, but I LOVE Bing Crosby, and like White Christmas. <3
I haven’t seen White Christmas nor Holiday Inn and I feel kinda guilty about it. Are they good?
I opened my Christmas Eve present and it was Frank & Ollie, one of the films I asked for!
White Christmas is amazing!!! It deserves to be a classic. But, it could be old Bing speaking to my insanity again…
I always get a little jealous of most of the other people I run into on the Internet because they always seem to get better Christmas gifts than I do, like electronics or movies and loads of cash.
Though I’m still hoping I can enjoy Christmas Vacation. I haven’t been able to watch it in years and it kinda breaks my heart.
Best non animated Christmas movie! My family watched it already this year, I hope you get to!
I’m not allowed to watch that movie.
Whew. I was hoping someone would get the references I was making. We don’t have it on DVD but I think I might pull it up on instant on my ma’s laptop tomorrow.
We used to have Christmas movie marathons. I actually miss those. Something I don’t get to have after moving out.
1.Doritos
2. itouch
3.fedora
those are the thing’s i want
Are the Doritos Nacho Cheesier, or Cool Ranch?
Virginia: That’s too bad, It’s a good movie. Is it because you’re parents think it’s inappropriate? My parents have been watching it with the kiddies as long as I can remember! It’s better we see that stuff with our parents when we’re young…
Guitarlynn53: You have the best list ever, Doritos!
aerostarmonk: Hahah, you should. Best part of the movie:
Francis: Talk about p*ssing your money away. I hope you kids see what a silly waste of resources this was."
Audrey: He worked really hard, Grandma.
Art: So do washing machines.
I got my presents from one of my friends, my boyfriend, and my mom:
- Scrapbook full of pictures of my boyfriend and I (I’m going to call it my Adventure Book!)
- An adorable little lemur keychain
- Panda hat
- Little Mermaid soundtrack
- Chinese-themed diary
- Figaro/Cleo ornament
- A Disney vinyl figure
- Frank & Ollie
- 3-tier bamboo steamer
- A book on Japanese vegan cooking (I didn’t even know this existed!)
- A Moleskin film journal (geek out!)
- A small book on Wabi Sabi, mostly quotes
My mom ordered Waking Sleeping Beauty and To Infinity and Beyond: The Story of Pixar Animation Studios for me, but there was a mix-up at the store and they gave her these thin books that are basically published Wikipedia articles (she was pretty confused, haha). Why do these exist? The Pixar one literally has page after page about the history of papermaking in China without even any connections to its impact on the studio.
I haven’t gone to see my dad yet, but I’m guessing he got me a lot of movies and such. I’m sure he’ll appreciate his gift.
Wow. That’s weird, but a little bit funny as well.
I got:
-The Aristocats DVD (I haven’t seen this in about 10 years! But I did love it when I was little.)
-M&Ms
-A cute little coffee cup with this really cute puppy on it.
I wanted:
-An iPod (I know that this one’s almost impossible for me to get)
-A stuffed Dug
-A sketchbook (I’m tired of drawing on notebooks and stealing printer paper)
-Some yarn for crocheting
-A few new books
So, I didn’t get what I wanted, but I don’t care, I’m happy with what I got. And there are at least 2 more presents for me that are on the way, so we’ll see.
Wow, we have some lucky members this year!

I love the Pixarpedia book. Provides alot of information about Pixar and their films. Also got Toy Story 3 on DVD, but haven’t watched it yet. Red Dead Redemption: Undead Nightmare is cool as well. Been playing it for a few hours.
Other gifts included Shaun Of The Dead on DVD, Simpsons Season 13 and best of all, my own personal computer. The computer itself hasn’t arrived yet, just the monitor.
Hope you all had a great Christmas.
I got everything on my list, plus an iPod Touch 4G (did not expect to get this), cactus, Splosion Man plushie, Art of Star Wars Comics postcard set, socks, and some unknown amount of money. So overall it was a pretty big Christmas gift-wise.

Friends:
- Coca-Cola Towel
- $10 Walmart Card

I also did get 2 toy trucks but I didn’t keep them. Reason being is, that they belonged to kid who wrapped them up to give to me. I mean he was trying to be nice and I appreciated the gesture. And he was also like 5 or 6 years old too. But I didn’t feel right about taking them.
His mom did warn me in advance that he did that just in-case I didn’t want them.
Also don’t worry about the kid’s family. They are not that bad off financially. I mean they are hurting like any other american family right now. But no where near bad enough. That their son has to give me his toys as a gift.
…Anyways, Thats what I got so far. And I probably have a few more coming yet.
Wow, nightwheel, those are a lot of presents!
As for me, i bought myself the Scott Pilgrim comics so no presents for me At least my cousin gave me 50 euros…
