Yeah, it’s a better idea than giving gifts that people might not appreciate or want - I should clarify that my siblings and I would actually prefer to get our parents to buy gifts, but they really don’t believe in the ‘presents’ thing. But we got what we want anyway, my bro got a new portable hard drive and a pair of earphones, and my sis got her first laptop and some clothes, so it’s all good. I have to agree with my folks somewhat - it’s the time we share together this season, and we can always give each other pressies all year long.
And thanks for the well-wishes, my bro’s feeling much better now, and maybe we can go out today to take pictures at Orchard Rd.
