I’d like to see those photos, SgtYayap:smiley:

I’m going to a Christmas party this Saturday at a friend’s house, looking forward to it muchly. Mince pies all round!

Here you go, lizardgirl!

Oh wow, that’s so cool! Randall looks great as a Christmas tree ornament! I need to get one of those for our Christmas tree! Thanks for sharing those photos, SgtYayap.

You’re welcome. Keep in mind, though: it’s only available on eBay, now.

I know one thing that gets me into the christmas spirit…TNBC!!! :-D)

Happy Christmas Eve!

Please no additional signatures apart from what is in your signature box i.e. WAR IS OVER! — Rachel. =)

Hey, it’s Christmas Day here in Australia! On behalf of the intellegent, beautiful and hard-working Australians in the world  (Mainly consisting of me, Andre [TDIT] & Thomas [bawcpwpn]), I’d like to wish you all a very merry Christmas!

For those in the Northern Hemisphere: You better enjoy your White Christmas the because we’re roughing it out here down under! :stuck_out_tongue:

I really don’t think Christmas Eve counts as a holiday. It’s only the day before Christmas, not a very big deal.

Ooh, Happy Christmas everyone who’s in a timezone where it’s already Christmas day!

It’s 5:30 in the UK and i’ve yet to go to sleep

That’s my way of wishing you all a very merry christmas.

Officially 1:39 or so in the USA, so that technically makes it christmas and so without further ado…

Merry Christmas and Happy Holidays to all my fellow pixar fans here at Pixar Planet…all of you have so far made my stay here quite worth it in which I do look forward to what lies ahead in the future. :-D)

Merry Christmas, everyone! I hope you’ve all had/are having a great Christmas.

For all four of us, we got that one game Wii Sports Resort.

Merry Christmas to all!

This Christmas my sister and I were up at 6:40 am, just like it was as if we were little kids trying to catch Santa Claus (unfortunately we never got the childhood experience to know what it would’ve been like to believe Santa came at Christmas Eve…nor did we have at least dreams about it like we wished for, but oh well.)

We spent the early morning first opening one present each. After that we were eating some candy in our bedroom and setting up the bed like a tent/campout. I brought in the laptop and we snuggled with stuffed animals to watch the classic Disney 20 minute short film: Mickey’s A Christmas Carol. We loved it, to say the least, and I highly recommend it! After that film finished, I looked up the Muppets version of A Christmas Carol because I heard it was really good. However, we stopped watching before the ghost of Jacob Marley came because my sister easily got bored of watching another version of the same story.

Later we opened more gifts as more of the family woke up. My sister and I watched some TV with breakfast (oh yeah, we had candy before breakfast) and Disney Channel was rather a drag so we channel surfed and found the Looney Toons version of A Christmas Carol and watched that one through. It was funny! (Though somehow my sister didn’t mind watching this version). Oh, yeah, candy and cartoons in the morning- feels like being a little kid again.

Then we went to a family reunion/potluck. It was kind of a drag at first (we don’t really get together enough so my cousins and I don’t automatically play a lot together like we used to). Still, it was more fun than I expected, though the mostly we got along by playing with and feeding the dogs.

When we got home, my parents were exhausted and took a nap. My sister and I watched some more TV…we watched some of Meet the Robinsons and the entire Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmas (but why oh why, Disney Channel, do you promote everyday teen shows on commercial breaks more than the once-in-a-while Classics you rarely show? It doesn’t make sense…).
Then we had a late dinner.

My parents watched a rented movie while my sister and I went up to our bedroom. My sister set up the bed with a beanbag, some blankets, some stuffed animals and such, to make it like a little personal homemade theater- all cozy. I set up my laptop again and we watched some Christmas special videos on YouTube together. Now my sister’s asleep and here I am!

I think Christmas would’ve been more fun if it snowed around here now, but it was still fun like the good old days.

Oh and P.S. guess what one of my gifts were.
A book treasury of Classic literature- including coughcoughstarringcoughcough A Christmas Carol. You’d think I’d be sick of it by now. xD

Awesome! Sweet! :astonished: Randall looks cool as an ornament!
I wish I could’ve set up a Christmas tree this year. We didn’t even have the time or space this year for any decorations. :frowning: Hopefully, next year we could. And when we do, I’ll hope to add character ornaments like that Randall one to the tree!

A Merry Christmas to all members!

Well, I had a kinda crazy Christmas yesterday, which I detailed in the ‘Current Moods’ thread. Woke up, groggily greeted my folks and sibs, and opened up my ‘self-gifts’ (we don’t believe in giving each other presents, a fact my siblings and I raised with our parents ) before we had to hustle for lunch and visit a family friend. She’s preggers with her third kid and just came back from Oz. We gave her some tambun biscuits from Penang (if you ever go there, you must try 'em. They’re cookies filled with red bean and molasses :stuck_out_tongue:) and she gave us a greeting card and my sis a jewel bangle or something. It was at that point that my brother first fainted, and after two more such episodes, we had to rush him to the hospital. But he’s okay now, and is recuperating today.

Anyway, here’s my ‘present to self’ I got from Penang. They sold for ten bucks each, and were too good to resist!

Yup, the graphic novelistations of two of my fave movies this year! Still in shrink-wraps…

Here’s a ‘sneak preview’ of one…

… and the other! It seems like they were drawn by the same artist, but there are actually different teams! Both are equally bright and beautifully-drawn, and are pretty handy references. Oh my goodness, they’re so awesome.

You know what would be awesome? If Disney Channel followed Cartoon Network and released a new channel along the lines of Boomerang, where they show classic shows and movies for the ‘older’ generation to appreciate (and the younger ones to discover).

Haha, yeah, Rachel’s right, Phileas. But I’m touched and, uh… honorarised to be a chum to all three of you.

Awesome Randall ornament, sgtyayap!

Merry X-Mas, y’all.

Sounds like you had a lovely Christmas, bright dot-dasher! And you must be bored of A Christmas Carol by now, haha. I love the Muppets version of it, though.

I like the self presents idea, thedriveintheatre, and I have to say, you chose your own presents very well! And I hope your brother gets better soon- it’s unfortunate that he was ill at this time of year.
