Which one out of these are your favorite?
Mine is CSI: NY, then CSI: Miami. I never really liked the original CSI.
The origanal CSI. I could’nt really get into the CSI: NY, but Miami is alright.
Oh boy, I really love all three. It is pretty hard to decide for me.
My favoritte characters though in each are:
Miami: Natalya, (the new black guy, but I don’t remember his name), and Frank
NY: Mac, Flack, Danny, Sheldon, and the recently departed Detective Angell
Miami: Sarah
CSI Miami for me, hands down, mostly because I love the setting (Did I mention I love The Magic City? Whether I can live there is another matter… 
) and the breezy, orange-tinted, lens-flared lighting. CSI is a bit dark and grimy, and New York is a bit too sterile and drab for my taste. So yeah, gaudy 80s clothes and blinding sunlight for me, please.
Oh, and also because Horatio Caine happens to be the coolest cop on Earth. The way he stands to the side, hunched and leering like a creep… and then he puts on those shades before delivering his awesome punchline. That man’s awesome.
Anyway, I’m sure you guys have probably seen this before, but if you haven’t, see if you can sit through 7 minutes of ‘Caruso one-liners’. 
"KYAAAH… yeah… " That theme song happens to be my fave of all the three, too.
I kind of grew up with CSI: Crime Scene Investigation, so it is definitely my favorite. It was the first show I ever stayed up late to watch, and it was certainly my absolute favorite show for years. My family and I used to spend our summers rewatching the series on DVD and sometimes, after watching the show real late at night, I would be so afraid a murder was coming to get me in my sleep. I also really love the characters on CSI. Even though the cast has grown and changed, I will always love Grissom. So much.
The original CSI rejuvinated the crime drama, and today, the most watched shows on TV are about cops, crime, and law enforcement. As well, crime dramas, according to this weeks TV Guide, make up the majority of new pilots ordered for next season. This popularity is so much due to the way CSI captured a new generation of TV viewers.
