Reason: Whelp, the weeks almost over, and tomorrow I get out at 12, and I didn’t have a lot of homework, and it’s almost Christmas… Speaking of which! I’m asking for a Rapunzel doll

I have to get the dishes done here pretty soon before I completely forget because of the interwebs. 
Also, I have been itching to play Professor Layton again… so I ended up finding a few demos from the Unwound Future on its website. And I might also get to play the Diabolical Box again tomorrow because our cousin is gonna visit for a while and he might bring it for us to play!
I also think that Google really hates me. Whenever I search for anything, it never comes up with what I want. 
It is evil. I was trying to find some hi-res shot of Layton to make an avvie out of it (I might change mine until I can get a MM siggy to match the avvie I previously have) but all it came up with were these really lame, tiny, low-res shots that were completely useless. Mneh. Oh well.
I think I’m gonna go play some piano after dishes. I’m excited because my teacher said I can learn Beethoven’s Pathétique over Christmas vacation! That has always been one of my most favorite songs by Beethoven.
Gosh, it seems as though my post doesn’t even flow at all. ^^; Heh, sorry guys, I must be tired or something!!

You’re entitled to your opinions, IV, and for that same reason, the rest of us also are. I think you take different points of view as an offense and, seriously that’s not our intent. Remember that, when written, words tend to sound much more rude than they actually are when spoken.

When finishing up a shower I hear the surprise announcement from outside the door that my best friend is comin’ in an hour to pick me up so I can hang at her house again. It’s good, because there’s lots of stuff I’ve been meaning to do at with her we kept forgetting- like watching dorky 80’s music videos together (don’t ask. 
) It’s also the last day of school, and Christmas break starts this Monday! The reason I’m not “all fine” though is because I’m actually going to the piano recital this Sunday, and I’m playing Married Life from Up. I should be excited I guess, but I’m stressed out. I still don’t have all parts of it “down” exactly and I freeze up around audiences.

Okay, I’ve been planning to leave PP temporarily for a while now, but I think I’m going to have to leave sooner than I wanted.
But on the other hand, I’ve had a fantastic weekend!

Really, the worst thing to do is psyche yourself up before the performance. Just try to keep your cool - I’m sure you’ll do fine.
Have you been practicing the song alot, or have you dropped it for a while? Just curious, because I was going to give you advice not to over-practice it, because you might trip up on stage. When you get to that point in your practicing that you feel you have the song down, then play it only a little bit before the performance so you don’t lose it, but you don’t overwork it either.
Hope that advice was of some help to you. Most of that is stuff my teacher always tells me before a recital, and I always take her word for it.

And Spirit, the person I was talking about intentionally hurts my feelings and a lot of people’s all the time, so it was meant that way.
