Uh, I was so upset when Social Network won best picture at the Golden Globes, and not The King’s Speech! Such a ripoff. I haven’t seen The Social Network, but it won too many awards than it deserved, because what I’ve heard some people say it’s lies, others say the truths. So I don’t know. But I should still see it.
First day back at school! I have one class, Fish and Wildlife Conservation, today. And it was amazing! The professors are hilarious, and we’re going to do a lot of cool field trips and work hands on with local wildlife. Eureka!
I’m 90% good. I don’t have any homework tonight, my dad Tivo-ed one of my favorite movies, and I’m listening to a great song. Only bad thing is that I want to slightly change my username here, but I don’t think it can be done…
reason: I woke up today only to snap my neck. It hurt like no other pain. I couldn’t even raise my head! D8 I feel a bit better now… but it still hurts. So I stayed home from school. It really hurts…
[spoiler]So tonight on Clone Wars, Obi-Wan and Anakin were after Savage Oppress, Dooku’s new assassin, who was on a mission to take hostage the King of Toydaria. Come to find out (and I can’t believe I didn’t get the big picture in the last episode), although Savage is working for Dooku, he is really a double agent working for Asajj Ventress, who is now allied with the Nightsisters. Of course, their mission failed, and now the leader of the Nightsisters, Mother Talzin, says that Savage must go look for his brother in the Outer Rim.
And let me tell you, Mother Talzin is not the prettiest thing around.[/spoiler]
However, I’m waiting for next week’s episode. It’s gonna have Ahsoka!!!
Reason: Well, it’s the weekend! What’s not to be happy about? I also have a lot I want to do, like get some more songs for my iPod and play the piano… and Epic Mickey
Exhausted/accomplished. More or less finished a major assignment. Technically early but I want my tutor to see it and just over a week before is advised. Still odd thing to tweak. (Plus I’m over by a bit but I’ll work it out after a good nights sleep tonight).
(That’s why I haven’t been on- too busy, plus the library (for some pages) apparently thinks some of the things here are inappropriate).
I’m on the job search too thewisecookiesheet, I turned a resume in yesterday. As for tips? Just be polite, it’s also better if you go in and ask instead of calling. Good luck!
