Current Mood

Mood: Tired

Reason: Got up early.

Current Mood: Bored and Upset

I’m not really in the mood for anything. Usually when I do something I like, it’s mostly because I’m “in the mood” for it. I’m not the mood for anything, so I’m bored. And I’m a little upset. I did something fun by myself today, but I was supposed to do it with a friend of mine, and even though it was fun doing it by myself, it would of been a lot funner with him.

Mood: Excited

Reason: As I have already mentioned in several other recent posts, I’ve been on a creative kick lately and I keep drawing and drawing and drawing. I’m collecting more supplies to expand my drawings into something even better, and I’m also researching techniques/methods more than ever (which will inevitably lead to greater variety/success within my work), so hurray for that. By this time next year or even summer I want to be a kick-butt draftsman and illustrator. I’m sort of impatient by nature, though, so I just want to be super awesome now. When I talk to others about this, it seems like my enthusiasm scares them, so that’s why I may geek out here a little too much sometimes. Apologies for that.

queen_of_painting- No apologies for that <img src=“{SMILIES_PATH}/grinandwink.gif” alt=“;-D” title="Grin and

Wink" /> . I like to geek out, too. And because I usually don’t have anyone to do it to in real life besides my parents, I typically take it out on my PP and FB friends  .

Current Mood: slowly settling

Reason: To quote Mrs. Incredible, “We are know officially moved in!” 8D

Good to hear I’m not alone. And hurray for moving in!

Mood: Lazy

Reason: I slept around 10-10.5 hours last night, which is very unusual for me but is possibly due to my anemia, which has developed somewhat recently. I feel like I’ve wasted the morning away. That only means, of course, that I will have to be productive the rest of the day.

I hope things get better!

Yay, sounds awesome!

Haha, that’s how much I sleep every day on average! Well during breaks.

Mood: Happy

Reason: Because after a semester of working and going to school with no days off, I have time to myself! And I’ll have even more, since starting January I’m working 2 days not 3 a week. It’s a bummer to make less money, but it’s the slow season. Plus next semester I’m taking two super hard classes, so I need some extra time.

I also got my first bonus from work! $50. Well, $46 after taxes.

^ Hurray for days off!

Mood: Hungry

Reason: Not a lot of food in the house. We do have some basics, like rice, pasta, and some beverages, but no breakfast food like cereal, potatoes, bananas, etc. I think I can make pancakes, though. I’d buy my own groceries but I only have a few dollars.

Mood: Happy!

Reason: I’ve been sick for the past few days, but I’m feeling loads better today. Mainly because my Wacom Intuos4 tablet came in the mail this afternoon! I’m finally able to use Photoshop on my Mac, since my other tablet only worked on it a handful of times. It feels so much nicer than my old tablet. It’ll take a bit getting used to, but I really think I’m going to get a LOT of use and enjoyment out of it!

little chef

little_chef: Hooray for your new tablet!

Mood: Relaxed.

Reason: Posted up a prologue to a new story. Also, I’m thinking of completing an artwork showcasing ballroom dance styles.

Mood: Happy

Reason: So far I have 2 As (Spanish and Political Science) and one B (Math). I hope my Philosophy grade will be great too!

^ Woohoo! My grades are similar to yours: A in 400-level drawing/painting (basically independent study), reeeeally high A in education psychology (I got a 100% for both my final eight-page paper and my written exam!), and a B+ in theories of art (but a 98% on the final in-class essay exam—the highest in the class). There’s no grade for my senior exhibition class (the one I created a series of work for and displayed in a gallery), but from what my peers, professors, and random strangers have told me, my work was among the best.

Also, congrats on your new tablet, eva. Personally, I’m waiting for the drawing tablet technology to develop enough so that I can purchase a reasonably affordable and good quality tablet with a display screen. It’ll happen someday… I keep telling myself that.

I find grades with letters weird!

We get numbers in here.

What do the numbers mean?

We get numbers (100%) as well, but they coincide with letter grades. Such as 94% and up for an A, 91-93% for an A-, etc.

I thought Spirit was talking about getting like a 3 or a 1 on a report card, I may be wrong though.

I don’t know what kind of numbers Spirit has, but a percentage is still a number. :3

Yes, we get numbers, but they’re not percentages.

You get a rating from 0 to 20, according to how good your work has been.

Cool, I was sorta right.

I never got an F on a report card. I got a D once and what was in 9th Grade math. I got some C’s buts Mostly B’s and A’s.

I once got a T, for Troll.

Why, was it a joke?
