Its friday! I just finished the second last week of school! AND I had a GREAT day!!

I ordered a pizza and it usually takes a half hour to get it but its been a hour and it still isn’t here

The weekend is finally here and I’m kicking it off by going for a rewatch of Iron Man 3 with a friend.

I was gonna see Iron Man 3 in IMAX 3D this weekend, but I gotta renew Xbox Live, I don’t know if I can do both.

Watched the fantastic Star Trek Into Darkness this morning at a press screening. Mid-week for me, only two more days to the weekend! Only bummer is that I have to wake up early again tomorrow for a monthly lunch meeting.
I loved Iron Man 3! It was the best of the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) so far. Though, I understand why people are mad about what they did to the Mandarin. If they did that to the Joker in The Dark Knight or the Green Goblin in Spider-Man 1 or maybe a new Amazing Spider-Man movie, I’d be mad. I don’t think it is worth hating the movie though. BTW, I’m seeing Star Trek Into Darkness two days early in IMAX 3D! Can’t wait for that!

I’m sick, not a fan of being sick, especially when I already had the day off of school.

I still feel sick, even a week later, and I got school in a few hours and I can’t sleep cause I got a long nap today. I’ll likely be tired all day in school today. I don’t think I should go to school but my mom is making me cause I’ve missed about 13 to 15 days this year and my grades are kinda crappy. Not terrible, but I think I’m failing at least 3 of my classes and passing all the rest. At least it’s Friday and I’ll be able to sleep my tired away as much as I want.
I’m glad you enjoyed it! I went for a rewatch with a friend and he agreed with me that it was above average, and he wasn’t really annoyed by the Mandarin twist either (neither of us were attached to the character).
My review of Star Trek Into Darkness was published yesterday. If you enjoyed the first film (2009), I think you’ll love this one! And my preview screening was in IMAX - Into Darkness really deserves that big-screen treatment, IMO.

I have a trailer mash-up in the works that I’m planning to release by next week, but I’m not sure if I’ll be able to finish it in time! And with some new video games I bought (Just Cause 2 and Sleeping Dogs), the temptation to procrastinate will be overwhelming!

Well, I’m… is it possible to be really happy and relieved but be really sad and down at the same time?
On the one hand, I’m deeply glad for Chemistry class officially coming to an end today, and although we don’t get the final test grades till next week, I apparently did pretty well! It’s a tremendous load off my shoulders in any case.
On the other hand…
I came home to the news that Ray Manzarek, keyboardist of the Doors and one of my favorite musicians, passed of cancer today. He’s an inspiration to me, and it’s sad to see another member of the band die… listening to Light My Fire right now and feeling in awe of his fantastic improvisational abilities. RIP.
His death is a very sad event^.
