Do You think "The Dark Knight" will be at least nominated for Best Picture at Next Year’s Oscars?

Do any of you guys out here think that “The Dark Knight” will be nominated for and win Best Picture? I think it might be if there’s nothing as good as what we had around awards season in 2007. I think it might happen because it’s DEFINITELY good enough and it might be the “Lord of the Rings” of Superhero movies, but I’d like to know what you guys think.
Potential Best Picture Nominees of 2008:
WALL-E
The Dark Knight
Anything else that’s as good as those two
Well, I’d just like to know what you think (and yes I think Ledger will win best actor).
