Are they gonna have a screening for it at Pixar, like they did for Ratatouille (if they don’t do that for all their films)? If they didn’t already?
And if they did, then nevermind.
A screening for UP? No, I don’t believe they would have done one yet, since the film is not yet finished. When they do, and if it is a charity event that the public can purchase tickets to, you will most likely hear of it here. Bear in mind though, tickets can be very expensive.

The movie isn’t complete yet, because the music sessions haven’t finished being recorded. When it is finished, the first screening is at Pixar for all the employees, then after that they have a family and friends screening. (I think that’s how it goes.) Sometimes a ticket will pop-up on eBay, and sometimes there will be competitions to attend.
Oh, I’m 9999999% sure it’ll be worth it.
