Woah I never knew Doug wasn’t originally Disney! When you’re a kid cartoons are cartoons… and if they’re
good and funny you dont pay attention to anything else. Ah! P. B. & J Otter!! Wow. I forgot about that one.
That one was cute. I watched that a lot too… especially when I got sick and had to stay home from school. I can
remember the Noodle Dance.
And I can remember the otters all sliding down from their bedroom into the
kitchen table. Those were some good times…
Noodle, do the noodle dance!
Solve a problem that’s the game,
Use your noodle, that’s your
brain!!
I tend to have an EXCELLENT memory for lyrics and junk . . .
I see you’ve used your noodle quite well.
I actually remember images
better than sounds… although I can sing all the lyrics to the jingle of the K9 Advantics song where the puppy
goes to camp…

LOL - I only recently found out that Disney EVER acquired it. I
remember watching the very first episode on the very first night of SNICK. That was Saturday Night Nick when
they ran Nickelodeon and extra hour and a half past its 8:00 cut off to 9:30 when it becam Nick at Night. The
first three shows to air were always Doug then Rugrats then Ren & Stimpy. Later they added Ahhh, Real
Monsters to push it to 10:00. They changed it up later. I think All That cam in after a couple of years but
I’ll always remember staying up late to watch the original three with my mom (we both had a passion for Ren
& Stimpy - esp Happy Happy Joy Joy). Funny how that changes, now Nick is pretty much always Nick and Nick
at Night has its own TV Land Channel LOL.
SNICK . . . the good ol’ days.
I don’t watch
anything on NICK these days . . . nothing’s really good any more, and one can only watch rereuns for so long if
that show’s not your favorite.
Anyways, best shows I ever saw when I WAS watching was Space Cases, Alex
Mack, and that’s about it.
I watched All That, and Rugrats, and other shows . . . but those two above
I’d LOVE to see again sometime soon on DVD . . .
Pete & Pete was good too . . .
I
remember Ahhh, Real Monsters. I didn’t watch it much in America but I once lived in Korea for a year and that
was one of my favorite shows. And yes, it was in Korean and for some reason I found it funnier to watch in Korean
than in english… ![Bemused :-\]()
Well when i was little I loved Gummi
Bears, Many adventures of Winnie the Pooh, Tale Spin. When i got older I was totally into Aladdin, Goof Troop,
& Timon & Pumbaa. I’m so glad Disney channel’s got T & P back on! Too bad now that school’s
started i cant really see it…
I was reminsicing
about Aladdin a day or two ago, and I came to remember the joke behind Abis Mal (voiced by Jason Alexander)'s
name.
And then I remembered his anscestor’s name: Abner Mal!
Absolutely hilarious!!
