JCP and DS Elsa are much more similar than the Anna dolls. The only difference is amount of glitter, and body articulation.

I kind of like the JCP ones better because I think they can share Barbie stuff easier. I don’t think the DS dolls can wear Barbie shoes because their feet are different.

I just started collecting Funko Pop figurines…and I found that when opened, they are small enough to fit in my house coat pocket.
Isn’t that something?

And I only have one…so far. (Try reading my recent post in the Pixar collection thread.)

You’re correct about the shoes, for some reason the Frozen dolls at DS have the jointed feet like last year’s dolls. They have identical torsos to JCP dolls though.

Oh wow, Amy43! I had no idea they still made Ruthie! Of course, I haven’t been as up-to-date on the dolls lately, but I’ve always admired them. Only have a few pets thus far :slight_smile: (Sombrita, Nutmeg, Posie, Coconut, and Licorice)

Ruthie’s pretty new. I think she came out in 2008. Mine’s curls are a little weird from being in a hairnet, so I put curlers in them. 8D

I’m not sure how updated you are, but the newest historical dolls are Cecile and Marie Grace, who came out in 2011

Yes!! My only issue is that I accidentally messed one braid while unboxing and… I’m not entirely sure how to clip her cape back on, lol. :laughing: But she IS lovely!! Looks just like her box art :smiley:

Today I finally found the Brave doll set with Elinor at the store. :smiley:

Now I will have 2 dolls with that name. Elinor from Brave, and one of my American Girl dolls is named Eleanor, although she usually goes by her nickname Ella.
