…the success of their movies? The general public knows that when they see a billboard or trailer for a Pixar movie, their in for a good time. And they know that based off their past movies. But what about all those article, extras on home video releases and tv reports we see about how Pixar is ran. About how it’s a director driven studio and how fun it is to work there. Is that stuff important when it comes to the success of their movies? Do you think the general public even pay attention to that stuff, or just animation fans and Hollywood folks? I wonder if Pixar was a horrible place to work would it effect the success of their movies. Or if there was a huge scandal and they start recieving lots of bad press would it hurt their films box office success. Then there’s the stuff I’ve read about other animation studios and how the things the execs would do to make sure articles were written to portray the studio or the people running it in a certain way. Do you think that stuff is important, or is it all about ego?
