I think everyone loves Sally cause she is attractive that
includes Mater. But he was just being silly about it when he made that comment.

prediction. He probably a little intrested in Sally, but as Bill already said, He was just being silly. But once
he saw Lighting Mcqueen, and when he discovered he had feelings for her, then he knew that was the perfect
match.
Speaking of which,which senes shocked you the
most?Mine is at the end of the movie with L&S.

That is what I am talking about. Mater proves his adorableness instead of his romantic side at the end when he
interupted Lightningâs and Sallyâs kiss.

But what shocked me is that I thought Lightning and Sally would
never even atempt to do that,I mean Its been 8 monts already

TSS : IT comes to more annoying to
me than adorable . i always root for romance over comedy . put the two together ⊠and its good . unless the
kisses are ruined time after time .

It didnât really shock mean they just met in all and well if they made a 2nd
movie then they might 
Aaah, but Lighting did win- just in a different way. He may not have won the Piston
cup, but he became a better individual overall, which was much more important. 
I think even Mater
would have the common sense to realise that Sally wasnât his type, and vice versa. He was probably just joking
around.

but well, mater WAS just kiddinâ. hey, heâs the sidekick, not the hero. which does not make him having
no feelings at all⊠but i donât think he fancies having a chance at all.
and by the way, he very early
recognized that sally and lightning have a lot in common: both are âstrangersâ to radiator springs,
which means (in this context) that both are very different from the rest of the population of RS and - above all
- both have the same level of attractivity, and science and psychology tell us that couples which are equally
attractive have more stable relationships than couples with un-equal attractivity levels.

unfortunately still in german. sorry, âbabelfishâ or google donât do the trick (i tried but all i got
was total crap) - what i need is sound and solid translation⊠i already started translating but itâs lot of
stuff (26 pages), and i would need a lecturer or beta-reader for correcting (my english isnât that good).

i found that scene kinda distrubing (eye twiches)
I found that scene made me want to
slap Lightning upside the hood . He used to be such a ⊠whatâs the word? Good thing heâs not like that
anymore . If he was , Sally wouldâve gotten a restraining order by now .
