As a lot of people here are from I-K (old incredibles and later pixar forums, now non-existable these days sadly enough)
And also there will be a lot of new people here, perhaps it would be a nice place to introduce yourself here.
And as I made this post, I am obligated to slack off into introducing myself untill further notice 
Donāt count on The Brain Trust writing up bios as they will be included on the main site in one of the many features that go up when we go live in a day or two. =)
So, what happened to I-Kronos anyway?
Well, I-Kronos became LuxoForums, which ended (correct me if Iām wrong) due to a bandwith problemā¦ Thatās my
guess.
This is something Iād like to clear up.
Although we have our guesses, and the likely
scenarios arenāt pretty, none of us know for sure what happened to that site. Regardless it is now gone and for
us that was the final straw. While that was the catalyst and many of us were frequent members and/or
administrators for that site - Pixar Planet is not a continuation, revamping, or anything of the sorts of that
site. We are owned, financed, run, designed, maintained, and hosted in manners completely different from that
site and have a goal of providing you guys with the best community and culture that we possibly can. You can
read about the Pixar Planet history just as soon as the site goes live from a link on the main page.
While
we were all sad to see the other Pixar fansites shut down and we all greatly enjoyed them - I think itās best to
(as I say to TL) let dead dogs lie and go on enjoying what we have now and making it the best ever - better than
anything that ever came before it.
I have the unique privilige this time of saying that everything is in
my name this time, the site, the domain, the finances - everything! And most of you guys know my dedication not
to mention the dedication of everyone else who has worked on this. For once Iām in a position to promise that
Pixar Planet is here to stay and as long as I have a say in it weāre not going anywhere!

I am PixarVixen, formerly known as ToxicFoxx on I-Kronos/LuxoForums and SirenFoxx on deviantART. Iām a huge fan and follower of Brad Bird, and my favorite movie is The Incredibles. Iām now the Creative Consultant of Pixar Planet. I hope to become an illustrator/animator someday, hopefully at Pixar!

In reality it is but dead is the little addaptation that Iāve always used (has made for hours of hilarious debates between me and TL ) but I thought it was especially appropriate in this case since the site we reffered to was dead. So as long as they donāt smell - let dead dogs lie

Iām pitbulllady, have always been pitbulllady, and probably always will be pitbulllady. I even have a tattoo of a Pit Bull on my leg, and now I actually have real Pit Bull once again(after my others were stolen several years ago) to go with the name.

Hi! Iām Jessie - Iām a high
school senior in southern California ā¦ I remember I-K but I donāt think I ever actually joined. I found out
about this site from the upcomingpixar blog though. 
So Iām an aspiring animator - Iāve ā¦ only made one
actual little short ā¦ and spent hours in my schoolās video game design class playing around with Flash MX to
make silly little quick animations etc etc.
I loove Pixar ā¦ of course ā¦ I remember seeing Toy Story 2
when I was ā¦ 9 or 10 ā¦ and my whole family and I freaking out over how Jessie the cowgirl not only had my name
and looked like me ā but even acted like me ā¦ well yeah, I think from that point on I was truly Pixar hooked
(although I remember seeing the first film ā¦ and I donāt think I really registered the whole 'they are
computer generatedā thing ā¦ but ā¦ that could be because I was either 5 or 6 at the time).
So yes ā¦ Iām
sure like the rest of you ā I take every opprotunity to show Pixar films to people who havenāt seen them. I
just found out my stepmom hasnāt seen Toy Story 2 ā will have to fix that, eh?
