What do you guys thinks of Dragon Ball Z Kai so far?
It would be so much better if they get Stephanie Nadolny back to voice Gohan and I would rather have Bruce Falconer do the music. Oh yeah I want the old Narrator back too.
It feels too Japanese.
I love all DragonBall. One bad thing about Kai is the editing. Nick takes out all the blood, big violance, and funny jokes( like Master Roshi’s perv jokes.) Nick is scared that a kid will see blood and will become messed up then they will get sued by the parents. Other then all the skipped parts and episodes, I like it. The oringal is still OVER 9000 times better.
Despite DBZ Kai’s flaws, it’s damn good.
Still haven’t seen Kai. I’ve always sorta been a bigger fan of Dragon Ball over DBZ. It’s more about fun than the power levels, you know?
I know exactly what you mean. Goku and Master Roshi are hilarious.
Unlike DBZ which always has intense fights, the DB fights are either for fun or has Goku over power his enemies by a long shot.
I was pissed to find out Cargo’s death was edited out of DBZ Kai. I just recently realized the rating for it is TV-Y7. It was TV-PG when DBZ was on Toonami.
If you want the see an unedited version the first 13 episodes are being sold on DVD and Blu-ray but nothing beats the Ultimate Uncut DBZ.
