Has anyone else noticed that Dug from UP appears to make a brief cameo in Ratatouille. In the scene when Remy leaves the sewer and climbs up various walls and rooms, A dog Barks a Remy you only see the dog’s shadow, look at the shadow, Looks an awful lot like Doug to me.
What do you think?
Yep, it is Dug.
They said it on the Blu-Ray, and I’ve also heard Pete Docter confirm it himself when I went to see him last year at San Diego Comic-Con.
Not surprising…especially if the rumor is true that you can find other Pixar characters in different films.
wow! thats awesome! I never noticed that before. But, I’m not surprised. In a lot of other pixar films they make references to there other movies.
The shadow of the dog in Ratatouille is, indeed, Dug from Up. In addition, this knowledge has circulated around the boards for some time.
