I’ve heard there are aftershocks, but nothing serious. I sure hope so. Keep on praying. :slight_smile:

BTW just wondering, is there any good coming out of earthquakes? At all?

i heard that there were many aftershocks but absolutely no injuries or damages.

BBD: I don’t think there can be any good resulting from an earthquake unless you are conducting scientific research on it.

I felt the earthquake yesterday
 I was still in bed - yes, I’m a lazy person. Considering it was like almost noon.

So yeah, at first, I thought, “I’m
 shaking
? Do I need to get this checked out?”
Then shook some more, and I realized, “Oh
 Earthquake
 Yeah whatever”, and tried going back to sleep. lol

Some people are afraid of earthquakes, but being a native Californian, we just get used to these things, and it was just not a big deal to me.
Sure I guess the worst has yet to happen as some say, but that hasn’t happened yet. Soooo

TSS: They say there’s always a slight chance of a bigger earthquake after the first, but it goes down to almost 1% after 24 hours have passed.
Or so CNN says.

Glad to know that there haven’t been any serious injuries caused from this earthquake but it does make me anxious. :frowning: I was reading some articles a few months back when the China earthquake hit, and there were several articles about how there was a mass migration of frogs before the giant quake, which also lead me to reading a blog that mentioned a similar but smaller scale occurrence in California(though that was a few months ago).

It’s amazing how animals can sense these things that we can’t. I sure hope that there aren’t any more but sounds like you guys are familiar and readily prepared if anything does happen. Do take care Californians!

I remember reading in a book how dogs were going bonkers before the 1906 one.
This one acutally woke me up :frowning: But I think the scariest part is exactly what I heard on the news, “We all wonder, is this the big one?”
You never know, man. Weird times O__o

hi evreyone just want to say glad to know your all ok from the earthquake we had small one here in the uk couple of months back and it was bit scarey but not like the ones you guys get in america.were not really used to them in uk think there have been two that i remember in my lifetime both weren,t that bad
