When she first conversates with WALL-E, what’s she saying? before she says directive?
also, why does she make her words longer? like as if it’s her first time saying it
ex “Directivvveee” or “Naaaaaaaaaaame” or “Eaaaarth”
she says it in different languages 
and maybe its bc shes a robot 
well sometimes she says it normally, so i don’t think that’s the case
It kind of like, trying to figure out what level of languages Wall-E understood.

then say again “Directive!” normally
she says directivve again when wall-e gives her the plant, after she throws it away

Okay, when EVE first met WALL-E, she wasn’t aware what language he was programmed for, so she started saying directive in other languages. When he replies to it in English, she figured out that he spoke english, and used that language with him from then on.

Thats what I thought it was…but I could still be wrong
I think that she elongates the ‘v’ sound as a way of emphasizing her meaning. For example, in the Axiom’s trash bay, when she throws the plant aside, she is saying “The plant doesn’t matter to me anymore, you and your functional status matter to me.”
