Have I already posted in this thread? …Y’know, I think I did, but it’s too long to go back and find my post.
Toy Stories - I love Woody for his bold leadership and slight fragility concerning his owner, Buzz is very amusing in the first movie and I enjoy their bond.
A Bug’s Life - Flik is special to me because I see myself in some of his situations. I like Rosey for her motherly attitude.
Monsters, Inc. - I have a thing for Randall, but Mike and Sulley’s character development interest me.
Finding Nemo - I love what a concerned father Marlin is, and the very believable dynamic between him and his son.
The Incredibles - This is a hard one to choose. Bob and Helen really interest me, because it’s one of the first truly serious Pixar couples. I like Frozone too.
Cars - Lightning starts off as one of the first “unlikable” Pixar heroes, but he proves that he’s learned to work diligently and stop being so self-centered by the end. As for side characters, Guido amuses me.
Ratatouille - Remy for his artistic struggles. It reminds me of Kiki’s Delivery Service in how he wants to strike out independently, and has to ready himself for the challenges that lie ahead. A character I can really identify with.
WALL-E - It’s amazing watching EVE turn into a completely different character around the third or so act, especially when WALL-E weakly hands her the plant and she tosses it aside, realizing how her friend is more important.
Up - Russell is a charming character in how, like Bonnie in Toy Story 3, the filmmakers don’t push too hard for cute. He just comes off like a normal 9-year-old boy. Carl is probably the best overall, because we deeply feel for him and his sense of loss very early on in the movie.

Finding Nemo: Marlin. I hate the character of Nemo. Forgive me, and maybe it’s my fault for having a turd for a dad, but I would give anything for a dad that cared like that. Nemo has no idea what he’s got. 
The Incredibles: “Do I have to answer?” Helen and Bob, of course!!
Cars: Mater
Ratatouille: Linguini or Remy. I also love Collette, sorry.
Wall-E: Wall-E!! And Captain McCrea. Didn’t really like anyone else, except Hal.
Up: Carl. No explanation necessary.
Toy Story 3: Woody. No one comes close. No offense, but every other character seemed like a total tool/jerk to me in this one. Especially Andy and Jessie. And Molly.
