Favorite character

Sulley always seems to have this air of "I don’t really know what’s

going on" around him…He just seems like the blissfully unaware type when it comes to other people’s

thoughts and feelings.

Sulley

has this “quasi-slacker” attitude. I strongly get the impression that if he didn’t have someone like

Mike, who is every bit the Type 2 Personality that Randall is, behind him, always pushing him, Sulley would be

perfectly content for the most part to just sorta sit back and adopt this “que sera sera” mentality.

He doesn’t really seem to care one way or the other if he breaks the Scream Record or not; it’s MIKE who is

obsessed with that. It’s not that Sulley is lazy, but he’s just the sort who doesn’t normally let things

bother him or spend much time wondering WHY something happened or WHY so-and-so acts a certain way or did this or

that. He’s just one of those individuals who is really, for the most part, able to take life as it comes, one

day at a time. While that is probably more condusive to a long life and good health, I can’t really see him

being a successful business leader for very long, not when he can’t even get out of bed on time without somebody

to literally MAKE him get up and going!

Agreed to that that Wazowski gave negative

aspects toward Sullivan.
As much as I dislike Sullivan’s actions, to be fair…he’s pretty much a regular

person. With a loving and, probably, above-middle class family. He just wants to make an honest

living…
Though when it comes to Ran…well…they have more of a past than the factory to worry

about.

Randall is my hands down favorite. All the characters are great. i really don’t care for Mike. he just seems to have a bad nature. some may say the same for Randall, but i see him more as an over-stressed individual. It would be nice to see Randall before this all happened.

Yay! Another Randal fan! You have come to the right place. There are a lot of die-hard Randall fans here.

My favorite character in my opinion is Mike Wazowski  He keeps the movie funny and alive and gulable people make me laugh 8D

Roz.

My favorite character by far has got to be MIKE WAZOWSKI. He’s my favorite Pixar charcter anywyas. IDK why but he’s cool

Sulley. For me, his emotional journey is the heart of the movie. And he’s got blue and purple fur. And John Goodman’s voice is just so gosh-darn likable

Runner-up: Roz. That deadpan expression when Mike is trying to sweet-talk her  .

My Top 3:

Mike
He is just funny and I love it how he makes compliments to Roz

Sulley
I just love the way how he cares and scares for Boo. Plus, I love his fur color

Randall
I just like the way he is.

Oh WON, I can say the same thing. Blue is one of my favorite colors of all-time.

That was exactly like me! hahaha I couldn’t stop laughing through that scene either! “Snow Cone?”

Yep, I agree that character was adoreable and agreeable too

mIke brought energy and laugher to the film. I find it unimaginable to see Monsters Inc. with out his presence.

Ya I love Sulley! For this same reason, he becomes so attached and is so great. of course I love boo too, shes so cute. And then Mike Wazowski because he’s so funny. But this movie is full of likeable characters. :sunglasses:

sulley is my favorite character. john goodman does a fantastic job

Sulley technically, though Randall is a close second and who could not love Boo? Zany little kid!

Actually, all three of thse characters have, at some point shuffled to number one at various times, sometimes my preference changes- most of the time it’s Sulley though.

I’d have to say Sully. If MI2 is in fact happening, I hope they make him more dynamic, he’s a great character, and they could flesh him out really well.

Welcome to PixarPlanet metalguru! Enjoy your stay!

Thanks very much for the welcome! In some ways we’ll just have to see about the sequel, though the comics leave me apprehensive, I’ll admit.
