I have to say Sulley.
Ah… I love Sulley’s personality, and Boo’s cheerfulness, and Mike being a comic relief, and Randall’s sliding movements…
This movie has such great characters.
But I think “Kitty” is my favourite of all.

I can’t decide who I like better- Randall or Boo. They’re both awesome in different ways.
I think the best character is Sulley, because he really develops throughout the movie and is a really likable character.
I find Mike to be the funniest with some of his really funny lines.
But my favourite character is Sulley, it used to be Mike, but the more I watch the film the more I like Sulley.
I like Roz. She makes me laugh. “I’m watching you Wasowski, always watching…always”

But I think I’d go with Sulley, because he’s so loving. I love Mike too, but just a little less. He’s hilarious, but Sulley has the heart, and that’s what I love about him
Roz is so funny! My teacher was trying to talk like one of my friend’s mean relatives, and he sounded JUST like her! It was hilarious!
I finally saw Monsters, Inc last night and immediately decided that my favorite character was Randall. I loved how graceful he was, and he was a good bad guy too.
Mine is definitely Sulley. He’s really the only sympathetic character for me, and he’s so sweet and loving. <3

Randall is a great villain.
I don’t really see Randall as being a villain in the film. He felt more like a henchmen to Waternoose.
I agree, Ballboi, at least insofar as Randall being most evil.
Well, I see Waternoose as the main villain and Randall as a side villain. But, I see what you mean about being a henchman. Sulley is my favorite character, as I mentioned earlier.
Sulley is my favorite character, and then Randall and George. 
Mike and Randall would be my favorite characters.
Yeah he’s not really much of a villain to me either. He’s a little bit of a ‘bad boy’ at most to me but not someone who’s truly that bad. Some stuff he did…he did it in a weird situation, like at the end I think that if he didn’t do what Waternoose told him, he would have been banished by Waternoose. He had already seen him do so to Sulley who was Waternoose’s fav scarer so I’m sure Randall expected that if he didn’t do what he was told, he’d get the same treatment or even worse. And aside from that he mostly just had some dislike for Sulley and Mike which isn’t really a sin…especially because Mike wasn’t exactly very nice to him either.
Anyway, I think Randall is interesting…and rather reptilian and I’ve always thought reptiles were cool. He’s interesting with his mannerisms and everything too, and you can kind of understand the jealousy feeling he has involving Sulley…especially since Sulley does kind of get unfair special treatment(since when should the same employee constantly be employee of the month every month? There are other employees who deserve it too because they work just as hard and it creates a better social environment at the workplace if you don’t just always give it to the same person).
I also think Randall’s sexy but I always feel a little weird admitting that to people. Normally I just find human/humanoid characters attractive but Randall is one of those rare exceptions.
Randall was just jealous of Sulley. If there was no scare record he may not be in the film or have a very little part. Or be friends will Sulley.
