Who is everyones favorite old school Disney villain? 
My personal favorite would have to be Maleficent.
If youāre talking about Waltās era, then Iād have to say Malificent from Sleeping Beauty.
Jafar, by far! Huzzah!

Frollo. LOVE HIM. Jafar, too. They both have a penchant for the younger ladies, it seems. But I love the fact that they do seem to have these internalised battles, as though theyāre fighting with their own conscience as much as they are against their ānemesisā.
Definetally Frollo for me: Like fire! Hellfire! This fire in my skin, this burning desire is turning me to sin! If not just for that one song, heās my favorite. 
Seeing lizardgirlās post I know Iām not alone on this, but heās such a powerful performance and evil in the literal sense of the word.
Frollo, Hades, Xyan Yu and Scar are my favorite Renaissance Era villains, but as for āold schoolā, Iād say Malefecent.
