Favourite Scene

^ :-D)

Those little kids in the theaters are always so cute. I remember on Toy Story 3 3D there was some kind of shattering glass logo effect at the end of one of the previews. Well, because it was in 3D, some little girl, probably 2 or 3 years old, starts saying “Uh oh…” and is trying to get her parent’s attention because she thought the screen broke. It was adorable. <3

Haha… riiiight… cuuuuute.

“HAY MOM WHAT’S WALL-E DOING?”

“WHAT IS HAPPENING MOMMY?”

“WHAT HAPPENED TO EVA DAD?”

Dem kids. So adorable talking over everything. Hahahahaha… o_0

Now that would of been hilarious. 8D And a great little line reference to the first film to.

Snipe: LOLOLOL! Now, that’s adorable! <3 They are so cute. I remember the first time I went to go see Cars 2 and when the movie was starting, this little girl randomly goes “I love you mommy!” and the mom’s just like “Shhh, love you too sweetie.” And the second time I went to go see it, there was like a 6 year old boy sitting in front of me and every time Lightning came on the screen, he goes “Ka-chow!” and he had his little Lightning toy in his lap. <3

Net: Hahahaha! 8D Those are the ones where I’m just like “SHUT. UP. :imp:

Snipe: That is SO cute!!!

I went to the 9pm showing of Cars 2, that way when I got there all the little kids were already slung over their parents shoulders with their eyes closed on their way out. :sunglasses: It was hilarious to see the gang of people watching Cars 2 when I went. I saw some teenagers and a row of like 5 adults with one kid. You could tell the kid was their alibi to be there on opening night. 8D

Yep. There were tons of little kids when I went to see Cars 2 in the cinema. They were cheering for Mater throughout the movie. Same thing when I saw Puss in Boots today. The theatre was packed with little kids and we had to sit in the front row.

Awwwww, yes! I love going to Disney and it’s like 10 PM and I see kids falling asleep and their parents have to carry them. <3 This is so random but I remember one time, I saw this dad who found his like 4-year-old daughter asleep on top of a basket full of Pluto stuffed animals. The park was closing and it was like almost midnight. They must of been there all day because this little girl was out! 8D

LOL! Hey, they’re smart. I did that last Halloween that just pasted so I could get candy and not be dressed up. :sunglasses:

Hahahaha! Adults do that all the time! I handed out candy on Halloween night and so many parents came up with a bag for the kid in the stoller. Note, the kid was like 2 years old and fast asleep. But this is getting way off-topic, perhaps we should fix that!

Meanwhile, back into the world of topicness. 8D

One of my favorite scenes is when they’re at the lemon meeting, and then there’s the secret knock-honk thing, and then… Zundapp comes in and just says “Guten tag.” 8D

Hahaha! Yeah, and they’re all disappointed because it just him and not the actual ‘boss’. I love how they actually have lemons on the table too. And I loved the atmosphere of the casino before that bit. So cool! :sunglasses:

looks back at her last post

^^^ Really? Pasted? I think I meant passed. :unamused:

I love that part! And the actual lemons on the table, like MC mentioned.

Me too! I loved the “fuzzy dice”, that’s just shameless irony. And I also love Mater’s lines before he gets to the lemon room.

“What’s that? You want me to stop talking to you? Right now?” and the part where he’s like “I do not know what you mean, Alexander Hugo.” and then like lists the guy’s AKAs and where he’s wanted. 8D

^ 8D That part about Alexander Hugo is funny too.

Did anyone notice that Zundapp’s eyes are different sizes? Due to the eyeglass, I believe.

LOL YES.

And Holley is just like, “what the heck, Mater what are you doing?!”

And Finn thinks Mater is the best spy in the history of American intelligence. 8D

…How about this? Anytime Mater freaks Holley out = good scene. :B

I loved the scene where Rod Redline gots captured by the lemons and gets killed. SallyMcQueen said something about Rod’s dialogue during that scene which made it even funnier.

In my book, yes; because Holley’s facial expressions are amazing. 8D

There are so many parts that are funny in that scene!

Rod: 8D

Lemon: Hey, what’s so funny?

Rod: Well, you know, I was just wearing a disguise. You guys are stuck looking like that.

Lemon: Smile for the camera.

Rod: Is that all you want? I got a whole act.

Lemon: You talked to a lot of cars last night. Which one’s your associate?

Rod: Your mother! Oh no, I’m sorry. It was your sister. You know, I can’t tell them apart these days. :sunglasses:

As you can tell, I like that scene very much too. I cringe every time Professor Z says “… I’m afraid there will be nothing to replace.” and you can see the fear in Rod’s eyes. :frowning: I always wonder what Rod is saying to the lemons while Professor Z is on the phone with Axlerod.

I don’t know why but I like the scene where the lemons watch Carla crash and then all the other racers crash in Porto Corsa. o_0

Heh, you know, I never got that one until you just posted it. Sometimes that happens… I heard what they said, but for some reason the meaning just escapes me. In the light of what it really means though, it’s too funny! 8D

Hahaha! It’s just one of those things. 8D

In Cars: is ALL of it an option? well… except maybe his day dreams of flying and having missiles and killing giant virus-looking things (where did that come from in his head anyways? how did he get from the racecar for Dinaco to that?) But especally favorite parts are when he is in RS, and when he starts forgetting about racing and liking the town (somewhere after he sees Sally sad when Minnie & Van left) and starts caring about the members of the town

Cars 2: when Lightning is in RS (of course!) and some selective other parts including:
“I don’t know what your talking about Alexander Hugo, AKA…”
“MATER! STOP!!”
“ok! OK! you want to make me arrested?? don’t mess with Ivan today, he’s in a bad mood”
“He’s so good”
not sure why, but i think thats really funny, maybe these Lemons aren’t as smart as we thought… of course, Finn may want to pay a bit more attention himself… don’t get me wrong, i like Finn, but everything that happened to Mater was “sheer, dumb luck” (not sure what that’s from, but i like the quote) except when he figured it out.

and of course there was this:
"Those are strong words for someone so fragile"
"FRAGILE! HE CALLED FRANCESCO FRAGILE!!!...." (mic got cut off, and i can't spell in Italian)
i like to watch Francesco's screen while Mel and Axelrod are talking because he is still ranting, but you can't hear him, McQueen push a button much? <img src="//pixarplanet-forums.s3.dualstack.us-west-1.amazonaws.com/original/2X/4/4d009dd141f26b0a611a818d8d3d4fc9f50168cf.gif" width="15" height="15" alt="8D" title="Chuckle"/>

Why did you hate the dream scene in the first movie?
