I love the stuffed animal quality of these new characters. Kind of reminds me of Winnie the Pooh a bit.
Hello, Mr. Pricklepants!
He looks cuter than I expected, and, apparently, he’s “trying to stay in character”. 
I’m guessing he likes to act like a Dutchman, or that could be just for the animation test, either way, I can’t wait to see him, when I go to see the film. He looks like a pretty weird, but interesting character. Also, you’re right, Flik-E, he does look like Winnie the Pooh! Sweet!
I think the reason he says that he’s staying in character is because he’s supposed to be a thespian.

Maybe he’s the bad guy we’ve been hearing so much about. But didn’t they say he was a bear or some thing? Or maybe he runs into Woody and the gang at day care.
Lotso the bear is a different character that’s said to be the bad guy, but Mr. Pricklepants is most likely a supporting character that helps Woody and Buzz.
I didn’t realize there was a new director making this film. That’s a bit disappointing and worrying.
Still, this new character is ADORABLE!

Lee Unkrich was the co-director of Toy Story 2 (as well as Monster’s Inc and Finding Nemo). He’s worked on a lot of Pixar films. I don’t think there’s any reason to worry.

I remember seeing this on Disney, and I was all, “There’s Mr. Pricklepants!” My family had no idea what the heck I was talking about. lol
He’s soooo adorable!!! They need to make a stuffed animal of him! I’d snatch him up in a heartbeat!
As everyone else has said, I love the character design of Mr. Pricklepants and I’m very curious as to the role he’s going to be playing in Toy Story 3. Plus, Timothy Dalton is awesome so I’m sure he’ll lend a great voice to the character.
Oh my gosh, Mr Pricklepants looks cuter than I expected, and a former Bond voicing him no doubt! I wonder what’s with the ‘Robin Hood’ get-up though, and of course, like everyone else, what is his role in the story.
And good luck to Mr Unkrich, it’s great to see some new blood in the director’s seat!
Yay - finally a glimpse at Mr. Pricklepants! I just loved his name but now that I’ve seen him - just too adorable! I kinda want a little plush doll so I can hug him, lol. And yes, I agree with everyone else - Timothy Dalton is pretty much awesome in everything, so I’m sure he’ll be great as Mr.Pricklepants too. Exciting!
