I need to make a flip book for an application but I have never made
one before. Do you guys have any tips and tricks for the work?
And also, I was wondering if you were
supposed to animate it backwards… since it’s easier to start at the end of the book… Or are you just
supposed to have the flipper flip it that way?

Flip books are awesome and seem fun to
create, though I have never done it myself. However, I found several websites that may assist you in your work:

Books

Books)
My dad has a number of Disney flip books that I used to look at quite often. The kinds that
he has can be animated from back to front, and from front to back (there are two different scenes on each of the
pages).
I hope this was of some help to you. Good luck in creating your flip book!

Are you allowed to do them on sticky-note pads? That’s what I did mine on!

JamieLew - No problem!

Meg - Oh yeah, I forgot about those sticky notepads! Good idea.

I haven’t done flip books in a while, maybe I should do it again someday. The
last one I remember doing had a pelican in it.
