It’s really weird, but I thought it was funny. 
Haha, I have to admit, I literally cracked up when they twins (I forget their name) said their lines on the first slowed-down part. Haha!

They all sound like chipmunks when it’s fast and really creepy when it’s slow.
giggles like mad Mia and Tia slowed-down is hilaaarious! And you think Luigi couldn’t bargain faster than in the original speed!

Ehh, I think my amusement for those kinds of clips ended when I made one too many clips like that. Ruins the seriousness of movies for me, because it always reminds me of the chipmunk/deep voice clips.
But I do remember laughing hysterically when I used to find them funny.

The Chick Hicks sped up is hilarious. He sounds like a hyper 5 year old!
I showed it to my brother last night, and he laughed so hard, which is funny, because he hardly ever laughs
I stopped watching all those YouTube videos along time ago…well except for the DRH scenes from the movie and the VG. 
In that scene, the audience (in slow mo) sound like cows ROFL!
I know, doesn’t it? I actually pointed that out to my brother and sister. It made them laugh even harder when they realized how true it actually was

aZnCdn, I am not sure about sounding drunk when it is slowed down. I like to think of it as very drowsy men, yawning at 6:30 in the morning.
OMG that was so hilarious XD They remind me of Chip and Dale when they are in fast speed but when in slow motion it reminds me of a demon.
Luigi was the funniest in speed up, I really cracked up at the part with the white tires But the scene with Chick Hicks in slow motion, I immediately thought of cows when the crowd began to boo. That made it even funnier
