Which is in the Right??

The conflict in Russia/Georgia is getting dangerous and before they start again i would like to know the opinion of my fellow pixar fans here as to who is in the right.
I’ve always had an attachment for Russia as a whole, simply because I love their culture, their music and their personalities as individuals- they just seem like a really interesting bunch of people. A friend of mine plans on going across Russia for a few months in her gap year, and I’m tempted to join her.
On the other hand, it does sound like what’s been happening between Georgia and Russia is being instigated by Russia. I don’t know any of the details- not really into the news or politics- but it sounds as if Russia is trying to take advantage of a smaller country, and it also sounds as if other countries such as the USA are more on Georgia’s side, telling Russia that they must adhere to the agreed ceasefire and that sort of thing.
Georgia is their own independent country, and Russia needs to understand that.

I wonder if Russia considers us trying to bully them into a decision just we believe that Russia is bullying Georgia.
