For you Michael Giacchino fans out there, you might want to check out ABC tonight. There’s a Disney animated Xmas special called “Prep & Landing” that Michael wrote the music to. Originally it was to be aired December 1st, but it got postponed to air tonight (Dec 8th). 8:30pm ABC.
Ya, I caught the special. I also loved it! Too bad it was only a half-hour long, I really felt it could have been longer…
BUT, that’s beside the point. The music was just as good as the special… so good that I actually personally removed the dialog from some of the scenes and made them into MP3’s for me to listen to on my spare time.

It’s the scene after Lanny get’s hit in the head with the candy-cane hook. VERY suspenseful, and definitely has that feel that Michael seems to leave in all his scores.
