Peoples , today i have learned
something .
I CANNOT DRAW NEMO
Wow , is he hard ! Oh , well , looks like it’s gonna be gill with
a small shadowish peek of my horrible nemo . It puts him to shame . 
Aeh, nothin a lil practice can’t fix. Work on your trouble area’s wit em, soon you’ll see he’s not as hard
as he seems. Trust me I’m havin the same problems wit Mr. I, that nose kills me erry time. 
That is okay.
Nemo can be hard for some. We’ll just wait for your next pic.
gottalovepixar - Ahh…don’t worry about it. I have tried to draw Nemo many times,
but to no avail. Like Pixfan and The Star Swordsman
said, he is a difficult character to draw, and practice does make perfect. Don’t
give up. 
I sometimes wonder how is Nemo
difficult to draw. It is the same as Marlin, but smaller and cuter right?
I think that it is Nemo’s overall shape that
stupifies me. For one thing, although he is round and “smooth” in complexion, there are
“layers” that, I suppose, confuse the eye. He’s got pectoral fins, a top frill, a tail that sometimes
wraps around his body, eyes that (unlike real fish) face forward, and strips that curl/wrap around his body, not
to mention all those scales (which don’t really have to be drawn).
Come to think of it, alot of cartoons
have this build. Perhaps it’s just the fact that fish don’t have any hands or feet that makes our heads spin?
I see. From the way
you explain it, it seems a lot harder than what it is.
Haha – yeah, I have a knack of
“over-explaining” things. I think it’s because I like to write long novels…
Nah –
Nemo’s probably not that hard to draw, but to inexperienced artists (like myself)…he seems almost impossible
to sketch. 
I see. I always thought since Nemo was small in size, It
ould be easier to draw.
Well, like Yoda said, “Size matters not”.
Sometimes the smallest drawings can be the most difficult. Although, I suppose that varies with an animator’s
particular style.
Me, I can’t draw. So
anything is hard for me.
Well, I’m sure you would be able to sketch
up something if you practiced real hard. Just take a simple character and spend time drawing that particular
character over and over again…until you’ve got it right.
And even then, it takes years for someone to
become a skilled animator, so don’t feel too down. 
Maybe I should try to draw Nemo? Heh…

Back On-topic: Are you still gonna try to draw Gill and Marlin in the same
scene, gottalovepixar? Or are you just going to draw one of the two characters?
I would love to see your
rendition of Nemo, by the way, no matter how hard he is to draw. 
It’s just gill . I’ll post him tomorrow and
try to draw Marlin in his own paper . Why , cuz Marlin rules !! 
Is this gonna be a regular skecth? Or will this Gill drawing be a gag? Like a little one pic story or
something.

You all know how i take
pictires of my doodles and then put them on my blog right ?
Well unfortunately , my camera broke and we
now have to get a new one . So you won’t be seeing Gill anytime soon . Sorry . : (
Oh dear – that’s terrible. I hope you get a new camera
soon.
Do you have a printer/scanner at all? You may be able to scan your images into the computer that
way, instead of taking a picture of it. Just a thought…
My scanner’s been busted for 2 years .
Aw man – that sucks. I wish I had the money to buy you a
new camera. I want to see your pictures!
