Good 30-min Radio Interview with Andrew Stanton

There was a good 30 minute interview with Andrew Stanton on the local NPR radio station here in Southern California this afternoon, and it’s available online for those who want to hear it. He was on “The Treatment” with Elvis Mitchell – and at least for a little while, you can download the interivew in mp3 format or listen online.

EDIT: The interview is spoiler-free, so it’s safe to listen to even if you haven’t seen the movie yet (though still very interesting).

Somewhere in there, Stanton mentions that he never used a computer before joining Pixar :sunglasses:

That was great! A very good interview.

I love hearing this genius’ voice. Thanks for the link!

Thanks! A really nice interview. It’s great to hear interviews from people you admire - there’s just so much more you can gain from hearing someone do an interview, rather than just reading it. Andrew has a lot of enthusiasm and energy. The part when he explained the set design was great. I can’t wait to see how the new camera that Andrew fought for affects the look of the movie.
