Are there any fans here?
It is a good show, more realalistic than Hannah Montana, Wizards Of Waverly Palace or The Suite Life On Deck.
I do love Bridgit Medler and the girl who plays Charlie.
Also, PJ is played by Jason Dolly, who was in Cory In The House, the show was going to go down hill anyway
So any fans?
I am trying REALLY hard not to be rude to here. Itâs so hard to state my opinion in a way that isnât arrogantâŠ
This show is terrible. It shouldnât even be OWNED by the same company that owns the fabulous library of Pixar films.
If TV shows could be rated on Rotten Tomatoes, this show would have no more than 5%.
Standard, unrealistic sitcom family. You canât have a family this big without some serious issues, and the show is just ignoring them.
Standard, poorly written sitcom scripts. I think they have these scripts lying around at Disney, and change the character names when its time to use them.
Completely unrealisticâŠthen again, most Disney shows have that problem.
When the members of the opposing team kidnapped the mother, shouldnât she haveâŠcalled the police? Kidnapping IS illegal. Very so.
Mothers arenât THAT ignorant when it comes to texting.
A sibling rivalry with that many kids and NO hitting, biting, or throwing hard objects causing possible injuries? (Yes, my little sister does that. Sheâs amazingly strong for her age, and Iâm amazingly weak for my age.)
Unrealistic cartoony shows have unrealistic situations, but the characters and their lifestyles are often more realistic than this garbage.
Remember Dinosaurs? That show dealt with REAL situations. REAL problems. It was probably the single most realistic Disney show ever. I donât care if the main characters were puppets.
Haha my parents almost named me Charlie (knowing I was going to be a girl.) They said they wouldâve spelled it Charley or something, but still.
Iâve been planning on giving this a try since my friends keep on bugging me to watch it, but I havenât gotten the chance yet. Iâve beenâŠless than impressed with Disneyâs live action shows in the past few years, but hey you never know.
Well, originally the show was gonna be called âLove Teddyâ or something like that, but they changed it to a name that would appeal to boys and girls. I like it. Bridgit Mendler is actually kinda hot, actually I only watch this show because I was devastated when Disney did that âWizards of Waverly Placeâ special called âWizards VS. Werewolvesâ, and then it ended on a very depressing note. So, when I heard this was coming out, I was excited! Itâs a good show. Charlie is a really cute baby.
Wow, that picture really scared me, and I donât know why. I donât know why iâve never heard about this show. It doesnât seem like something I like, but I want to watch an episode of it, just to see what itâs about. Despite the creepy picture.
Well Iâm never buying a teddy again!
Jokes
But, I would like a name like Teddy, itâs nice, but so far some fans
Itâs better and more funny then the others, I guess the writers finaly put thought
I still donât think that photo is scary, it was the first decent one I found on Google Images
Seriously, I do enjoy funny, well written sitcoms. Hannah Montana might even have been one if it didnât focus on the horrible acting/singing of Miley Cyrus and her dad. (Yeah, if I ever do watch that show, I watch it for Jackson) But Disney these days just hasnât made one. They donât even have to be adult. Do something like the Cosby Show, a classic. Normal family, normal lives, but the execution of it and the detail of the characters is what made it hilarious. When Vanessa ran away to go to a concert, they didnât learn lessons about responsibility and the parent is all soft and fluffy, realizing their child is growing up like in Hannah Montana. Claire is furious and whoops her butt (Not literally, of course), just like a real parent would. And you know what? That scene is one of the ones I remember most from the show because of its realism and because it managed to still be funny.
Holy crap! I know! I want to know what heâs using as well (sneaky eyes)
Anyways, I like this show. No, I canât watch it back to back, but an episode now and then is cute, like Sonny IMHO. When our band went on a trip, at night my roommates and I would flip through the channels to see what was on, and one of those nights was the primere, so we watched it and were laughing pretty hard at itâs little jokes and what not.
Itâs defiantly is the second marker of a new era in Disney shows, from what was the original Suite Life, to the Jonas Brothers and Hannah Montana, to where weâre at now, Sonny and Charlie.
Oh man, and do I just LOVE all those teddy bears in that picture⊠ohmygosh
I really like this show, I find it way more realistic than the other disney/family channel shows.
Itâs about normal kids.
Not wizards, or celebrities, just normal kids.
And yeah, it can be a little cheesy. But i still like it.
I like Sonny with a Chance, too thewisecookiesheet.
