Guy kicks hole through painting at art museum

Well, I heard this on the radio yesterday. A man

who was mentally ill kicked a hole through the David and Goliath painting at the Milwaukee Public Art Museum. And

the reason was because it “disturbed him”.

The painting was on loan, and he is charged with 3

things, one of which is destruction of property. The painting was worth 300,000 dollars.

Because I live

in Wisconsin, I am surprised by this event.

Comments?

That’s odd. a mental

person kicking a painting because it distrubed him?

Because of his mental disorder shouldn’t someone

be with him?

Wow, 300,000 I’ve seen some worth more, but it does seem valueble.

I hope that painting is insured. Otherwise have fun getting $300k from him.

(heehee) I thought you were a bot Bill!

This

sounds almost funny…one for YouTube!

GD - You thought

I was one of them? I’ve been here for a while. I don’t think so!!!

Bill - No!

Not you personally. The title of this post, though, sounded like the work of a bot!

Now that’s why I’m here, obviously, is because I saw your name next

to it…

GD - Okay then. Heh.

Hope you found it amusing!

Heehee – I sure did!

That is a bit strange, that he was left to wander around

an art museum which obviously contains valuable paintings…

Holy Chrysler! :open_mouth:

My question is How would you

even manage to kick a hole in the painting?
If you raise one foot to kick it, your’e standing on one leg, so

you have to balance yourself, and you would barely be able to kick!

Sweet swirling onion rings! That’d be a sight to

see!

Gee whiz…

That’s all I have to say on the subject. (snigger) :stuck_out_tongue:

Bill - As a student

trained in the practice of Martial Arts, I can tell you from experience that it’s possible to lend a very

powerful kick to any object or person just by standing on one foot.

Or get a running start…

Well, here’s some good news. They

should be able to repair the painting. And the guy got arrested.
