This is the official Halloween 2010 thread. Here you can talk anything related about this holiday. Like costumes, activities, and other stuff. And you can countdown to Halloween. Happy hauntings!
I’m not really a Halloween person, but I’m looking forward to the candy, as we always have leftovers. We haven’t had any Trick Or Treaters in about 2 years. 
I’m gonna go trick or treating with one of my best friends, I’m gonna be dressed as a hippie. My friends tell me it suits me perfectly 
This year will be my last year doing hardcore trick or treating.
I’m actually pretty excited for Halloween this year. My friend invited me to go to Knott’s Scary Farm with him and a few other people. If you don’t know what Knott’s Scary Farm is, it’s basically the biggest halloween thing for teenagers in SoCal.
As for actual halloween, I have no idea what I’m doing.
I’m going trick-or-treating with two of my good friends, Emma and Kirsten. I’m going as the Nostalgia Critic, Emma as Linkara, and Kirsten as the Angry Video Game Nerd. Yeah, no one will know who we are (I was the NC last year too; that’s where they got the idea for their costumes) but ya know what? We really don’t care.

We’re going to Disneyland shortly after Hallowen I think, so the Haunted Mansion ride will be Nightmare Before Christmas-themed We’ll probably also end up watching that movie again this year. It’s a family tradition, just like Elf on Christmas. We might go trick-or-treating at another church too (our church claims we’re “too old” to have fun anymore, boo!!).

Oh my, yes! I love Jack Skellington.
Last year I was the Mayor of Halloweentown, and some kid I didn’t know was Jack, it was a tad awkward running into each other.
I can’t post my costume here.

Lol! I know, right? This is a con and not Halloween, but last year I dressed up as the painter girl from Kirby 64, and all the Kirbys/Dededes wanted to get a photo with me.
There’ll probably be something going on at the Student Union, so I’ll go to that. The day after Hallowe’en I’ve got reading week, so it’ll be a nice way to end the first half of term.
And yay, The Nightmare Before Christmas!
Sadly, we don’t really celebrate Halloween in Holland. Most of us anyway… for shame, I would’ve loved to cosplay as Conker and get away with it too
Halloween is my favorite holiday. I celebrate it for the majority of October every year. I try to watch as many horror movies as possible, get to dress up as famous movie serial killars at school (last year was Jason and prior was Freddy), and I celebrate my birthday party the day before 31st. At my party my friends and I play Xbox (usually Halo and Rock Band), and watch scary movies all night. Last year we played Jason-tag. Make the room so dark you can’t see your hand in front of your face, have someone dress up as Jason with a plastic knife and flashlight, and make everyone walk through the hallway and back (where he is) by themselves until everyone has gone…whoever doesn’t get caught wins. Not to mention CInemassacre’s Monster Madness every day! I love Halloween!!! 
I know I am a hardcore Pixar fan, but for 31 one days of October, I transform into Evil-Horror-Super-Fan-Nick-of-DOOM! 
^Now that sounds like fun! It’s too bad my Halloweens aren’t usually that… vivid, but I love the general atmosphere of the holiday. There aren’t any others quite like it! 
I not gonna be Jack for Halloween becuz I don’t know how to make the head so I think I’ll go as Charlie Brown.

Well, I’ll be spending it with my Best Friend. That weekend we have an Agriculture Ambassador confrence, and when we get back it’s Halloween.
So we’re going to spend the night giving out candy and watching SCARY MOVIES! (which is a big deal for me, because I don’t like scary movies!)
Oh and my costume? I’ll be wearing my Mardi Gras Mask I got in New Orleans, high heals, this little sexy dress my friend has. I don’t know what I’ll be! Mardi Gras girl? idk!
