Really, the whole point is to just have fun. Even if you are :too old" to trick or treat, your never too old to dress up and just have fun- you can be whatever you want who ever you want, because you want too. It’s that type of freedom that makes it all the more worth it…You could be batman, or an super galtic alien from the planet zog- the variations and opertunity never ends. So I say just enjoy iy while you can. Even if you dont go anywhere- or even if you choose to go everywhere just to get a laugh…go shopping dressed up (I would!)
it’s the time of year to be spooked and when everything on tv is actually intresting!
happy Halloween guys!!!
ps… sorry about spelling, I’ve got this mask on and I can see very good… well…off to work!!! later guys! have fun!
So, who are you dressed up as?
Happy Halloween, everybodeh! I’ll be at home with a friend, watching movies and giving out candy. I think I’ll be wearing my Horatio costume (I was Horatio in a production of Hamlet last year. My own best friend was Hamlet – ironic, no? ). Man, I love Halloween.

Happy Hallowe’en!
All I’ve done to celebrate is watch NBC, and eat a toffee apple. And I’m not sure toffee apples are even strickly to do with Hallowe’en.
Happy Halloween everyone, eat lots of candy!!!
Happy Halloween!
I just got back from trick or treating with my little sister and her friend. It was really fun! Our house looks pretty cool, too. Haha, we carved three pumpkins this year (one with a pirate skull, one with the New York Yankees symbol, and one of Oogie Boogie from the Nightmare Before Christmas), and we played “This is Halloween” really loud outside .
I went as a “Ratatouille Chef”. Haha, it wasn’t a certain character, so whenever someone asked me what my costume was, I just told them that It seemed to be really popular with the little kids around the neighborhood. Hehe. I would post a picture, but unfortunately, none of the ones my mom took tonight turned out very well
I hope you all had fun! Don’t get sick from all that candy…
I hope everyone had a fun, safe and Happy Halloween. I know I did. I dressed up as Mr. Incredible and I had to say everyone at my school really liked my costume.
Glad you had fun everyone! It sounds like such an awesome holiday.
TSS - That’s cool that everybody liked your costume. You would think they would be sick of it by now though. Heh.
Who in the world can get sick of TI rachel? But almost everyone in my school kinda expected me to where TI to school today.
You mean you wore it school? That’s awesome. What did other people go as?
I hope everyone had (or his having) fun tonight!
I got bored so I…went trick or treating anyway. I just dressed up as a random Jedi in about three minutes and then collected some candy with my Darth Vader dad and sister Princess Leia (her name really is Leia, so it makes perfect sense – heheh). Everybody liked my dad’s Vader costume, especially the adults. (snigger)
After we arrived home, my sister and I watched Corpse Bride. I normally don’t care for any of Tim Burton’s productions, but that one is an exception. Such a bittersweet, sentimental, and heart-warming story. Quite beautiful.
Now I have to run my rat, Kirby, even though I’m just a tad bit weary from the previous events. Heheh.

Did the kids in your neighbourhood like your dad’s costume? 'Cause when there was a guy dressed up as Darth Vader at this event I went to, all of the kids wouldn’t let him go anywhere. It was quite funny.
You should have put a costume on Kirby.
Pretty good Halloween for me. Just finished watching The Omen (old version) and feeling duly creeped out.
So yeah, it was fun. chews on candy
hehe - That was my big costume for tonight. I went as the Anti-Christ (yeah I know, I’m going to hell). It was really cool. I shot for a cross between Dameon and Nicolae Carpathia (everyone called me Nicolae) and through in some extra demonica touches as well. I dressed in a black long sleeve dress shirt, black pants, and black boots. Wore a few upsidedown pentagrams. Then I put in blue contacts, yellow hairspray (I’d been Ron Stoppable earlier in the day), and fangs. Gave me a real creepy look. =D Finally I topped it off with gargoyle cain and a fedora like hat with a red feather to which I added a pair of horns ala Jason Lee in Dogma. I was really sweet and I really creeped a few people out! =D
Dash - It sounds like you should post a photo of your costume!
Oh! I almost forgot the coup de gras on my costume! I had Damien’s circular 666 painted on the back of my right hand.
I really oughtta go wash that off now… =/
Well, my Halloween was crap. I’m just not into it anymore. No trick-or-treaters either since most of the kids in the area are all grown up.
I did do a special meditation in commemoration of the dead. Luckily my parents weren’t home.
I was basically alone the entire night.
Usually I’m happy alone but … it was boring. =P
Maybe I need a social life …
Heh, hardly anyone came to my house either, since most of the kids are grown up like myself…
My friend and I dressed as Horatio (me) and Juliet (her). I decorated my front doorstep with candles and a ceramic pumpkin. She also put the Yorick (from Hamlet) skull in front of the door. It looked very traditional Halloween. We went shopping at Trader Joe’s, then walked around outside a little – some guy in a scary mask tried to scare us, but I gave him the eye, so he ran away. Then we watched The Nightmare Before Christmas a little. My sister came home from trick or treating with her friend, and my friend and I sorted her candy for her. That never gets old no matter how old you are!
The best part about it was role-playing. We are both actors, so we played as if Horatio and Juliet knew each other. We gossiped about Ophelia and Hamlet’s relationship etc. That’s just how we roll. I’m actually writing a fanfic about it now. hehehe.
I hope everyone else had as great a time!
