PixarVixen - Aww – don’t
feel down about it. You told me a while back that, despite my lack of friends in the outside world, I’ve got
plenty of them here on Pixar Planet. The same thing applies to you. You’ll never be
lonely on this forum board.
hugs
Not to mention, you’ve got your kitty to snuggle, so you’re not
completely alone.
What was the best Valentines Day present you have ever
given to anyone?
Mitch:
Ya say you don’t like all the stuff of V
holiday. Heh, I pretty much like that too. I also dont have much interest in Valentines. Choclates, hearts,
balloons, I believe are a little too much for the holiday(Although I do like choclate
).

The Star Swordsman - Hmm…that’s a hard one.
Best present ever given, eh? I guess that would have to be love, as cheesey as it sounds. Well, that and
chocolate.
Dory’s Defender - Haha – that makes two of us, then! And yep
– gotta love that chocolate. Candy hearts are delicious, too.
Well, the best present I have ever given happened this year.
Durring a chior concert in my school, I performed a solo. Before I sang it, I dedicated it to my girlfriend.
I
don’t think I have ever actually given anyone a Valentine’s Day present.
^
I know, I don’t think I have ever either, until this year. I gave a box of chocolates. They were the expensive,
truffle kind though.
Pixar Vixen: Aww, I kinda understand how you feel. It’s tough for me to see all those
shows and commercials about couples and know I wont be with anyone.
TSS: I actually dont think i’ve ever
given a present. Not a real one. Those dinky paper ones you give out to everybody dont count for me.
lennonluvr9: That is okay. I think everyone has
missed bringing a present for some one. If not, a simple “Happy Valentines Day” should sufice
right?
The whole point of Valentine’s Day is just so that the big corporations can make
money anyway, so sometimes is better not to buy anything, or at least just to make something yourself.
Hmm, now that you think of it, making your own V-Day
present sounds like a good ides, considering from the fact that it came from you instead of someone else. And
there are also those V-Day presents that money just can’t buy.

I’m just glad that it’s over. And, come to think of it, I don’t think I have given anything
to anyone on Valentine’s Day…with the exception of cards and the occasional candy package. Other than that, I
can wait 'til the lovely day comes again next year. (snigger)
And yeah, it is a commercial racket, like
lizardgirl said.
