It seems that youtube is on the rampage. And is either muting or deleting videos they deem to be copyright infringing. They don’t care if it’s even a 5 sec music clip in a video.
I have asked this since some of you here do video tributes of Pixar movies. And sometimes use songs in the video.
Anyone here been effected yet?
Same here - I’ve had at least ten deleted. Some were left, but the audio was taken.
My Pixar tribute “Ironic” was one of them.
“Head Over Feet”, my Ratatouille video, was also removed.
And two of my Monsters, Inc. videos, “Iris” and “Getting Scared” 
I don’t care if this is illegal - Youtube deserves it … if you’d like any of my removed videos, I can make them available for you to watch on your computer, as well as your iPod. Just let me know in a PM.
It’s stupid what they’re doing - if people want to illegally download music, taking away a music video with the song isn’t going to stop them. There are a billion more sites out there!

Internet censorship is getting worse all the time…In fact, I’m not sure if, in 10 or so years, we’ll have the internet as we know it today …
