I aboslutely cannot wait for World of Color! It seems to be like a really cool show!
EDIT: that Tv spot is so adorable! Definitely made me more excited for this!
You can see a preview of the projected Wall-E footage on:

Just wait till after Alice in Wonderland loads… OMG it’s so freakin’ adorable!
Ahh! that was so cute! :3 I especially love how prominently featured Pocahontas is, I think she’s pretty underloved at the Disney parks…
You guys have no idea how excited I am for World of Color, ever since I went California Adventure last year and saw the concept art. Come on! Lasers, fog, water, music, fire, color what more do you want!!! My mom is a Disneyland nut, as with I, and we want to go just to see this show! But we’re going to wait until 2012. (DCA is under major construction, and in 2012 Carsland will be opened, the new entrence, and Little Mermaid ride, so we’ll wait util then, if I can SURVIVE the excitement in two years!)
Anyway, one thing I’m really excited for this show is that there will be Pixar scenes in it (WALL-E, a bug’s life, Up, Toy Story) and I just love seeing Pixar in the park. It’s not suprising though, because California Adventure is slowly chancing to Pixarland.
My one problem with the leaked footage is that they’re not projecting the images, but hearing WALL-E and EVE is good enough, I suppose! And I’m liking the planets!
One of the best parts I think is going to be the WALL-E scene, and EVE’s entrence. What’s going to happen is that the Whale from Finding Nemo is going ot almost eat Nemo and Dory, and then kind of fly out of the ocean into space and become the whales from Fantasmic 2000. They’ll soar around, and then the goddness of Space is goign to shoot an arrow, and the arrow will transform into EVE who will then engage in a water/space ballet with WALL-E
My family goes to Disney World every year. It’s sort of a tradition for us. I have never been to Disneyland, though.
Wow! World of Color looks absolutely thrilling. The usage of projected images on water reminds me very much of Fantasmic.
I’m actually a very lucky person and I live in Florida less than 2 hours away from Disney World! My family usually takes about 5 trips a year to the actual parks, but about 10 times a year we go and shop, stay in a hotel, and suck up the atmosphere. It’s such an amazing place to be.
Here is a taste of Disney World if you’ve never been. This is at the Art of Animation building inside Disney’s Hollywood Studios (this picture is from early '09):
If you’d like to see more, just ask and I’d love to post
