One thing I noticed about Red!
He dosn’t speak in the movie, apart from crying, yes? Very shy.
But, when Doc calls the Press, and Mack to pick up Lightning, I noticed something…
When Lightning looks down towards the Radiator Springs residents, surrounded by the press, Red is actually speaking!
You may have to wind it back a few times, but you can see his lips moving!
Just had to get that off my chest 
Have a look and see if you spot it!
