Have you noticed

i cant remember the website,

but if you have the dvd, then when it’s at the menus button, in the right-hand corner, you have to wait

like
5 times and the dinoco sign should appear, click it with your controler and theres a short film thing

lol!

Heh , heh , new to this site , huh ?

 we found that out before the dvd came out , thanks to our australian friends . Thanks again guys !

Yeah, me and my brother already found that out. It’s cool, isn’t

it?

Wow, I didn’t know that! I have to check that out!

yeah I found

that. It’s pretty amusing!

its really cool if u have

seen the short film “Boundin”

YES! A friend of mine told me about that, and I saw it on Sunday…I LOVE the little Guidos.

another “have you noticed” -

did you notice that at the farewell scene, when lightning is found

by the press croud and gets urged to climb into his trailer, both him and sally are crying (or at least very

close to crying)? if you watch the screen closely, you will see the water film on their windshield eyes.

Oh yes, I’ve noticed this little

“secret” for a long time now. Kinda cute.

stickers - Yep – I

noticed that, too. And here is another bit of backround “information”:

"Hey, get in the

trailer, babe-y! Come on. You want a bigger trailer?"

This is the last line that Harv, Lightning’s

agent, says in the film…and it’s rather hard to hear. However, it had me laughing when I heard it.

stickers: Didn’t Sally cry after the last

Piston Cup race?

oh yeah I’ve heard that

line said in the movie, well actually I was reading Subtitles that’s kinda like cheating ya know heh

yup, she cries.

She cried after that last Piston Cup race ?? Man , I need to watch that movie again ! Too bad

my parents’ friend has it .

Are they really crying? Awww… I never noticed! -hugs L and S-

Yeah, I saw that on

the subtitles, Mitch. XD Hee.

To me, it didn’t look like they were crying. I think

they were holding and fighting back their tears.

yeah - at least very close to crying. the water film on the windshield is thick, and you can

see the water’s adhesion at the edges of the window pane…

everytime i watch that farewell scene, i feel

the sudden urge to hug sally…

she looks so sad, so desperate… and nevertheless, she lets him go.

it’s always the women who are the really strong ones - they can smile even if they feel like crying.

awesome…!

…hey, ladies, why don’t you feel

honoured? i just have been nice

Ya gotta hand it to Pixar, the things they put into the films. I don’t think they left anything out, well except for one thing…the size of the cars’ pupils don’t change with changes in the light or with mood, except one scene, when Doc challenges McQueen and McQueen misses the turn and goes off the cliff. His pupils do get smaller there.

Mater’s pupils also get smaller when he blinds himself in the courtroom.
But I have also thought about how their pupils otherwise don’t change according to the light, like in the tractor tipping scene their pupils are the same size as they are in the daylight.

Probably that would have been too much detail, considering the complexity of the animation to begin with. They figured most people wouldn’t notice.
