lizardgirl - Haha – thank you! And you can thank my dad for
“inventing” the word “ook” in our family. It sounds even funnier when you actually say it…
And yeah, I know exactly what you mean. You can still love a character or a film to the point of
obsession without even purchasing any merchandise on the matter or attending any special conventions dealing with
the film. Sooo…I guess that the ratings can still apply to anyone…even if you don’t go overboard and buy all
the “junk”. (snigger)
PixarVixen - Hahah – I didn’t know there
was such a level!
The Star Swordsman - Hmm, I’m not sure. I believe
“ook” is as high as you can go, unless you cross the barrier and go into the “unbelievable”
stage…like PV said. (snigger)
what I like to
think is ook is a level that streches from “to infinity and beyond!”

I think i have seen all the Pixar movies at least once. I haven’t seen all
their short movies though.
I only consider myself and “obsessed fan” of the Movie
Cars. All other pixar movies are just movies to me.
However after joining
Pixar Planet I am more into Pixar than before.
I’ve seen all the Pixar movies at least 3-4 times each.
I’ve watched Cars like 7 times and The Incredibles 9-10 times.
I’ve seen all of them of course. I think I
saw every one in the theatre- not too sure about Toy Story but I know I saw 2 in the theatre.
I’ve
watched Toy Story 1 & 2, and A Bug’s Life a LOT when I was little. Even though ABL didn’t catch my interest
much, back then anyways- hard to believe it’s my favorite film now. ^^
The only Pixar film I haven’t
watched enough is Cars, which is odd since I love Cars and I’ve seen Incredibles more than that even though I
don’t care too much for Incredibles like I used to.
I think it comes with growing up- I have too much
stuff to worry about and not enough time to settle down and watch a movie. Now, it’ll take me several days to
watch a DVD. That’s why I love seeing them in the theatre, 'cause when I’m home I can’t stop getting up and
running to finish something =P

FONY - Haha – I hear ya’ on the age issue thing. The
older you get, the more your views on things change.
I also watched A Bug’s
Life constantly when I was young – I thought it was one of the greatest movies in the universe.
Then as I got older, I began to care more for such Pixar films as The Incredibles
and now Ratatouille. Since I’m older now I can relate to the adult
humor…
Although, it does kinda suck. Things seemed more pleasant and easy to deal with when I was a
kid… (snigger)
OF COURSE I’ve seen them all! These are the number of times I’ve seen the
movies:
Toy Story:20-35
A Bug’s
Life:20-30
Toy Story 2:20-30
Monsters,
Inc.:30-40
Finding Nemo:50-60
The
Incredibles:30-40
Cars:40-50
Ratatouille[/b:50abc
87763]: None… YET!
Finding Nemo is the
one I’ve seen more times… Maybe because at the time the movie came out I wanted to be a marine biologist, and
also because of my love of the sea…
But we can’t forget about the short
films! I still haven’t seen some of them, like The Adventures of Andr? & Wally
B. and Red’s Dream

-gulp- I’d better get moving if I don’t want you to beat my
Finding Nemo record. (snigger) And cool – we both wanted to be marine biologists!
Awesome!
Ya’ haven’t seen Red’s Dream yet, huh? You should. I
absolutely love it. It’s rather depressing, but cute none-the-less.
Wow. I feel like such a nerd. I’ve watched these films so many times since Toy Story when I
was 5.
So … rough estimate … a hundred or so.
Maybe more.
Of course, the numbers
decline as the movies come out and I get older. Although, I think that’ll change with Ratatouille- if I’m
obsessed now and I drive my parents and family crazy though the film is not released yet … I shudder to think.
Plus, it’ll be summertime and I’ll have just a month or so of freedom before college. =P

I haven’t seen Red’s Dream either to tell you the truth.
Hehe.
I don’t wanna get off-topic, but
what’s Red’s Dream? I’m not sure if I saw it.
Here you go, maybe this will help: pixar.com/shorts/rd/index.html

OMG, you don’t know what Red’s Dream is? It’s Pixar’s second
short film.
Technically, Andre and Wally B. isn’t really a Pixar short. John Lasseter just had a big
hand in doing it.

JV - Yeah, there it is. I wish they would show the whole short, but they don’t.
www.pixar.com actually used to show their shorts in their entirety, but don’t anymore for the sake of
not wanting to reveal too much information…I suppose. Kinda sucks… Heh.
So how long would it take
just to see all of the Pixar shorts?
Oh yep I saw that. I have a whole tape of 'Tiny Toy
Stories’ and it has a bunch of shorts on it. Wish I could find the thing though. =P

On topic, I’ve seen em all
enough to know each one line for line, dramatic pauses, ad libs, studders, you name it, I know it.
I’ve seen all of the short films.
I think they stopped showing the shorts in their entirety to
avoid the chances of bootlegging, almost forcing you to buy the DVD that features the short.
Pixfan:
OMG it’s the same with me! I can picture every movement, every pause, … everything! xD I thought I was a freak
for that … ^^;

I have seen all the movies, but not all the shorts.
I just have Toy Story, Finding Nemo, The Incredibles and CARS on DVD.
I havent seen all the shorts
either. And I’ve seen all the movies except for Bugs Life (for those that dont know, i got a bit of a phobia
toward things like that that are smaller than a peanut. So i’m not sure if i’d enjoy it or not) and I got
them all on DVD except for that one…
